I have ordered Desserts from what I thought to be the best..... Giant Eagle, Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin Donuts. I never realized how wrong I was until indulging in That Red Velvet Cake! From moistness to Quality my feet have yet to touch the ground! If you value the quality of your cakes this is the number one choice around!

I ordered the German Chocolate cake for a birthday party - it's the guest of honor's favorite cake. The cake was enormous and so incredibly decadent. It was one of the few moments during the party where I slowed down and savored that divine chocolate frosting and coconut pecan filling. It was a hit at the party AND the birthday boy went for seconds the next day. That never happens! Customer service was top notch also. I screwed up on the website and ordering delivery. I offered to send an uber to pick it up and, I hate that I didnt get his name but that cake was at my door 15 minutes later. Thank you, D'Lux Desserts! Will be indulging more and trying other mouthwatering items on your menu!

I ordered a cake for my sons 1st birthday. I wanted a Neapolitan cake and ended up with something I wish I could have returned. I was told they could do any cake flavor I wanted. How hard is chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. The cake tasted like it have been sitting in a refrigerator for a week. I paid $60 for the worst crumb coat that you've ever seen ( how do you mess up buttercream) and I didn't ask for any decorations. It was a unflavored, dense, dry mess that tasted like cardboard. I would recommend that people just go to the grocery store and order a cake rather than spending your money with this company. Very upset and embarrassed on my son's first birthday.

Ordered a dozen cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries online to be delivered for my sister’s birthday. D’Lux delivered on time as promised, and they were the most BEAUTIFUL treats. My sister was obsessed with the strawberries. Highly recommend!
