This location closed at the end of June 2022 for unknown reasons. Until the very end it always seemed very busy.While it existed, it had Pretty good service, and in the times I visited they never got my orders wrong. I was Glad to have this here.

I visited this location 2 days ago. I enjoyed the food and the staff is more pleasant than the other location. The store was out of everything except meat cheese and lettuce. It was a disappointment. We ended up leaving.

Erika and Angel were patient and caring from when I came in and started my order to having trouble at check out. The energy they gave off was inviting and I definitely will be back soon. Great job!!

I ordered 3 bowls online from Moe’s this evening for my family and all 3 bowls were like kids meals. The portions were so small I feel like I need to order more takeout. None of the 3 bowls were close to being filled to capacity.

I thought I would give it tryThere was only 1 girl behind counter she said lots of door dash orders There were 2 of us in lone waiting about 10 minutesAnother lady came in to help they began to argue. To see the lest 20 minutes later I left no food and went to Chipotle. Will never go back

My kids like this place, and the foods look good, however, the father and daughter that work South Euclid, should go, her attitude need to be checked and her father back her up, talking about we from Michigan, so, serve the food from Ohio, and keep it going. The rest of the peoples is good that works there.

I believe he is the GM, (RYAN)He is NOT friendly, he don't greet you when you enter, NEVER SMILE, always look angry, terrible personality. He throw your food together making it look real nasty.I WILL NEVER RETURN!The other staff members ALWAYS smiling,helpful, beautiful burritos, happy to greet you, thanking you.THEY ROCK!!!!!

I live out of state. This is the 3rd time I've walked out because it's disgusting inside. Ive also seen employees at both locations push customers out of the door 45 min before closing. There is a bad attitude working in the Cleveland restaurants! Major let down:

Every time I order Uber Eats from this Moe's items are missing. I always get a bowl and usually don't put all the toppings I order on the bowl. I also order a side of queso and I don't think they've ever included it. I always have to file a claim with Uber Eats to get my $4.99 back. It's ridiculous. I love Moe's, but this location lacks quality control.

Not very friendly, was planning on eating there like we normally do at this location and was told lobby was closed after we paid. No signage stating this in the store. Would have picked up from a closer location to work if I wanted to take home.

Order was made totally incorrectly. Called store to seek resolution. Person answering the phone was forceful to the point of Bullying saying there was not problem.I can not recommend this store to ANYONE with a clear conscience!!!!

Worst moes experience EVER! 1st time I tried this location it sucked. No welcome when I walked in food being left on cutting board no product ready and management had no control over staff. 2nd experience I ordered food for delivery for my son the night before his 1st day of school and they moved my order to the next day and I found out later the refund I was suppose to get I never got. Then last night I go to this location and again no greeting. staff was just standing there no product on the line. Very unorganized. I saw the lines backs before I saw there faces not one smile in the restaurant. Chicken and steak being cut on same board! Chicken being cooked stacked up on each other. Staff blaming last shift for current shift issue. Scanner didn't work couldn't use my rewards. Just don't go to this place! Management changed but culture is the exact same.
