As a vegetarian, Primoz has a ton of options available including vegan sausage and pepperoni. You are able to customize each pizza, replacing any items you don't want. Their crust options are all great, I prefer either the stuffed crust or the original crust. Their sauce is also tasty. Usually this place is pretty good but this last visit threw me off, my pizza wasn't cooked all the way through, cauliflower wings were not tossed in sauce like they usually are and when I went to complain they told me they don't toss them in sauce, which is strange because I order them all the time every time like that. I told them about the uncooked pizza they shrugged and said they were slammed and I should understand. No sense of customer service and / or no attempt to create customer satisfaction. I rarely complain, and when I do, it's a real issue, so for them to shrug it off was pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. Very displeased, I'll give them another chance, but one more mishap, I'm cool on them. I'll take my money elsewhere.

The vegan pizzas are delicious.. this was our first time trying Primoz Pizza. We went all out and got 3 vegan pizzas. We got a regular pan Buffalo chicken it was really good not to spicy, which was nice. We got the chicken bacon ranch deep dish it was super delicious, and we got the bbq Hawaiian stuffed crust it was to die for the stuffed crust was off the hook!!

I had high expectations for this pizzeria. I finally decided to purchase yesterday and was highly Disappointed. I ordered 3 large pizzas with delivery charges and tip my total came to around $80. First I will say the best pizza sauce was delicious but the pan pizza I ordered was dumpy gumpy and did not have a good amount of toppings(bacon,pineapple ,green peppers) I had a taste for a good pan pizza I thought it would be airy with carmelized edges but instead I had floppy raw pizza that actually made me ill. My daughters enjoyed their pepperoni pizza with traditional crust. The last pizza was a traditional with Italian sausage tomatoes spinach and green peppers with basil pesto sauce. They skimped on the toppings and the pesto was very salty and this was one was also undercooked. All of the pizzas had a nice amount of cheese. Unfortunately this will not be added to my favorites list.
First and last time and I never got to taste the pizza. Not only did I get the wrong pizza. The one I got had hair on it. Called and was told, I can make your another pizza but I can't guarantee delivery. Then I got, I can give you a refund but only for the pizza not the delivery. If I would have been compensated maybe some wings or a side of fried mushrooms for the delivery costs. I would have picked it up myself. By the way never got that refund.

Their customer service is great. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They also handle tough customers courteously and with respect. AND the pizzas and salads are fresh and taste great. Absolutely BEST vegan pizza I have ever had! My partner and I ordered two small pizzas, one vegan one regular, and they were both fantastic. I love how you can really customize your pizza. The staff were all so warm and welcoming when I went in to pick the pizzas up. Bonus: both pizzas were still delicious even after reheating them the next day! Thank you guys for bringing affordable, delicious, vegan pizza to the heights area!
