I was extremely disappointed in my meal. I ordered a fish dinner with greens and macaroni and cheese, which was overcooked and cold. My fish looked like it was cut in half to make it look like two pieces. I've ate here previously prior to relocating and it was never a disappointment but now I can't say the same about returning. Definitely, not worth the $22 I paid. I felt like I ordered a child's meal

Foods been pretty damn good, think location in South Euclid need to promote/advertise more. Want this place to stay around for a long time to come and remember cleanliness is next to Godliness !!! ( Oh and maybe some deals every now and then.)

Had a tough rib dinner. The sauce was very thick and sweet and an order of gristle that was supposed to be an order of rib trips, had no meat on them just fat and gristle with the same broken lumpy sauce on them.??

We spent $125 on a take-out order on 12/30/23.Two beef brisket entrees w/sides - brisket was almost ALL FAT (one meal was 50% fat, the other 65-70% fat) not very tender, inconsistently sliced, smothered in so much bbq sauce that we couldn't taste the flavor of the brisket. Both sides of yams were mushy, watery, too sweet, and stringy. The greens were ok, coleslaw was watery.One Orange roughy dinner - fish was thin, overcooked to the point that some of the fish flesh was crumbly and oily. Ratio was 70% breading to 30% fish. The breading was seasoned ok. Bourbon baked beans tasted like they had sugar and syrup added to them and thrown in the smoker or liquid smoke was used to flavor them. No onions, peppers, seasoning, spices, nothing. I did not taste anything close to bourbon or the extract. The side garden salad was the best dish overall.The cheesesteak meal and half rack ribs meal were reported satisfactory by the teens.The associate who packaged our food was friendly and professional. Your restroom was clean.In closing, my family chose your establishment last night to feed us quality food. 60% of your food did not meet minimal expectations, and I really don’t appreciate that.At the very least, I hope this review encourages you to improve the food you're serving to those who choose you to feed them. Had we dined in, I would have returned every menu item purchased and requested a refund.Before I tried your food, I thought we would return to try the wings. I can assure you we're not.Happy New Year.

Food was good, the service was not so good and the price was very high. I don't expect to wait 30 minutes for a pulled pork when it's 2pm, and the place isn't full. Also, my drink ran dry, and so did my wife's, and I had to ask for the check when we were done eating.

I got a salad and it was kinda pricey... $14 and that's because I added chicken. I gave it 32 stars because it was ready fast, staff was nice and it's a pretty good size. The chicken was over cooked and was bland. If I'm paying $4 for it I expect it to be good not just smoked. And I asked for no tomatoes and it still had some on it and some of the croutons were stale . Half way through the salad I wanted to toss it but I work too hard for my money so I ate it

This was our first time at the ribcage and our ribs were burnt and crispy burnt we bought a whole slab for 30.00 so I called the restaurant and told her the problem and she apologized but she didn't offer a remedy she said I'll talk to the cook I told her the cook put that order out and he knew those ribs were burnt I decided that we will try again because we need a establishment in our neighborhood.We decided to take ribs back and the Ribcage accommodated us we were very happy ?

The food is wayyyyy over priced. So overpriced I didn’t even order after seeing the menu. Shouldn’t no polish boy cost $15 and no sides with it. Sides alone is $7 which is a meal itself
