Quite literally the worst wingstop location.Please discuss customer service etiquette with your employees.At 10:25pm I ordered a delivery order that had an ETA of 11:16pm.At 11:20pm I was sent a text that ETA would be extended to 11:24-11:39pm.At 11:33pm I was sent a text that our order was canceled and to reach out to the location for questions.I called the location.Whatever woman was working at 11:35pm on 4/21 had an extreme attitude, picked up the phone and immediately answered “wingstop we are closed.”I responded that I was following up on an order that was placed, she repeated “we are closed.”I said “okay I am asking about an order that was placed at 10:25pm, says it was going to be delivered but has now been canceled.”She responds “if it says canceled that means it’s canceled. We are closed.”A friendly explanation and apology would have gone a long way.This store should be closed permanently.

Placed an online order & on arrival to the location it was a complete mess! The entire location was smoked out with smoke coming from the kitchen area. Fire alarm blaring, with kitchen staff touching boxes etc with gloves they’re simultaneously using to touch food! Staff was extremely rude, and I was told I could not cancel my order. The cashier obviously hates her job bc she was obscenely rude, with a filthy shirt & denim. I was told I couldn’t get a refund since I placed an online order. I’m left hungry & minus $30!

This is the worst business I ever ordered food from. The cashier Jasmine needs to be terminated or retrained she was so disrespectful to 95 percent of the customers. I will never ever spend money with you all again I'm so pissed that you guys let something like this happen in your establishment. If I could give you a 0 stars I would. My wife order was wrong she didn't get her chicken sandwich and when she went back to get it we had to wait over an hour for one chicken sandwich. Please talk to Jasmine she is going to be the reason you all will lose a lot of your customers.

This location is the absolute best!!! They always go above and beyond for their customers. I come here 2x a week for lunch they never disappoint. I always get serviced by this young lady. She’s always considerate and makes sure my order is received on time as well as hot. I finally was able to converse with her since they weren’t that busy. I was telling her they need to give her a raise and promote her. She works hard and always happy. Come to find out, shes the store manager. I always try to tip her she always turns it down and just ask me to do the survey. So this is for Ms. Justice S. Please make sure she gets the acknowledgment she deserves. She’s always generous and I can tell she pure and Genuine. The only reason I didn’t know she was in upper management because she applies herself as a team member. She always working when I come.

I’m dumbfounded how this location can stay open. The customer service is awful. The young woman taking orders acts like you putting an order in is the worst thing that’s ever happened to her. Extremely disorganized for to go pickups. Then to top it all off I get home my boneless wings aren’t boneless. If I wanted flats and drums I would’ve ordered flats and drums. No surprise why you have a 2.9 rating. How can a Wingstop have a 2.9?!?? It’s chicken and fries?

The staffs are very very rude, I just want to get an update on my order but no one is even talking to me.
Tried the new Hot Honey dry rub wings. Delicious! Big meaty juicy wings unlike those tiny dry tough wings from BWW. Wings were prepared nicely, cooked thoroughly, served hot temp wise, spice level was easily manageable. Carrots, celery, and ranch were delicious too. Will definitely come back again soon. Ordering software was easy to use, and flexible to your sauce tastes.
