We love this place. Whenever we are in the area we stop here. Reagan is master craftsman when making your order. Makes it with care, not just thrown on a plate. And Shania, always a welcoming smile and greeting. They make a wonderful team. This is the best Dickeys around. Food is great, the staff are wonderful. Get a westerner sandwhich or try the amazing brisket. We've been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so. They've always taken care of me and my family. Thanks again guys, we love this place.
I come to this establishment regularly and have never had any issues or complaints. I am from Texas and the bbq is the most authentic I have found in Cincinnati. Nice to be able to enjoy this great bbq close to home.

NEVER SPENDING ANOTHER DIME THERE ...Sunday evening March 31 beteen the hours of 8pm and 9 pm I ordered Over $160 worth of food. when I pick the food up. They were short a item sort so they filled it with other item I wasn't very happy but I made 2 because it was made up to My family and I with a couple of coupons which I thought was good customer service. Upon arriving home, get into my family which was waiting to eat. We opened up the bags and they forgot 2 pounds of brisket. I immediately called and was told to come back down and pick it up, no problem. When I arrived I was hoping to manage her was going to copy me in some type of weight for leaving my family time gas and money to come back down to a mistake that THEY MADE. She handed me the back and Sid. Thank you. I said, what are you going to composite me for my inconvenience. She said no, we already gave you free coupons and walked away. I SAID THAT WAS FOR YOUR FORST INCONVENIENCE and NOW I DROVE BACK DOWN HERE FOR SOMETHING THAT YOUR FAULT PERIOD !!!So here is my review ZERO, F-, NEVER GOING AGAIN and FIRE THE MANAGER THAT WAS WORKING MARCH 31 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8PM and 9 PMThats all and thank you !

The ribs were overcooked and super dry. They tasted like they were very old. Flavor was terrible. The beans were the only thing that tasted decent! I won't return! Very disappointed!

Husband and myself visited. Had the BBQ sandwich, a side and drink. Everything was good. They were very busy at the time and the young man making the orders was very efficient and was really hustling to get people through as quickly as possible.

Welp, that was frustrating. I placed an online order tonight. 2, 2-meat platters. Even though we made different bbq sauce choices for each platter, we were given none. And the meat was DRY. Luckily we had some Sweet Baby Ray's at home to make the meat chewable. The baked beans had an entire peper shaker in them. The mac and cheese tasted like Stouffers. The baked potato casserole tasted like vinegar. And then the bread... the Texas toast tasted like chemical butter. And the rolls had a strange taste and were really dry. Overall, a terrible experience, especially for $17.50/person. ?
