Hardest buns in the county. They probably pre toast their buns and leave them sit for hours to harden before serving. I know people give the excuse "it's McDonald's" but a fast food chain should be at least serving edible food as advertised, and quit wasting people's time and money.
You know when you post a sign on the pick up window at the drive-thru window saying extra sauces cost $.30, you better make damn sure they're in the bag and correct to begin with. I can't tell you how many times this McDonald's has hosed me on the sauces and you want $.30 for an extra one? I'm done! There are just too many other choices than this place!

Awful I ordered a LG ice coffee, they handed me my food no drink I asked politely about it the guy looked at me like I was crazy it literally said it on the receipt he went back girl came out with a hot coffee I said no it's a ice coffee she left came back 3 mins later with the hot coffee put over ice!!!!! I get it, fast food what ever but I still paid 4 bucks for that ice coffee and he ice is melted and the coffee is hot!!!
