Honestly, I enjoy the food from Wendy's, however, 9 times out of 10 when I stop in I'm on my 30 minute lunch break. So, I walk in because it's easier for me to view the menu and I don't feel rushed versus going thru the drive-thru. But, it seems I'm ALWAYS waiting 10-15 minutes for my order OR my order is incorrect or i have to ask for the condiments i asked for originally. Asiago Club chicken sandwich and the loaded nacho chicken sandwich was delicious but, I had to go in for my order instead of waiting for them to bring it out because their drive-thru was their main priority I guess...

The service here, the crew working at the time I visited, and the manager, are remarkably courteous and friendly. I've reviewed over 360 places in my 5 years as a local guide. Never was I treated so nicely. Especially since I accidentally dumped my large coffee on my table, chair, and the floor. They came immediately when I told them and also brought a fresh cup of coffee.
