Worst chipotle. Never any consistency in quality of food. My child only likes the white rice and will get 2 or 3 bowls of rice to have at home. More than half the time we get it we throw it all out because the rice is either hard or way too salty. Against my better judgement my child talked me into taking her there today to get rice and I was told they now charge by the scoop and it was almost $15 for 3 not even half full bowls of rice that were once again not edible because it was crunchy and way over salted. We will NEVER be back. Thanks for ruining something that used to be soo good.

Wasn't getting full servings due to they were almost out of a container. Overall taste was terrible. Alot of juice from digging out the bottom. Made a big mess. Actually thru half away was just not tasting good.

Impatient, rude cashier. Dry chicken. Sat outside, doors remained locked, had to go around to the front to fill water, get napkins, etc.. difficult with little kids.

Like the food but this particular Chipotle is poorly managed. I ordered chips today at 5:40 pm and was informed they are out. What Mexican type restaurant runs out of chips at 5:40 pm? They offered a half birthday reward free drink. I accepted. It was not included. In the past I have asked for a side of guacamole. Was told they were out. How? Was told they have to save it for online mobile orders. WTH. PITIFULLY run. Other times I’ve been told whatever they’re out of is due to supply chain. That’s getting old. Will not be back to this particular Chipotle.

This place doesn’t seem to properly prep in the morning. Been here multiple times lately and same story. Great place to go if you want a bowl of chicken and rice. Pretty much always out of everything else as far as toppings and sauces.

The lady at the window was in the back on her phone , she didn’t even have the respect to put her phone down OR even in her pocket . Nope , she kept it ON and IN HER HAND . So when she came back with my order , I told her to learn some customer service and some respect and put her phone down . She started yelling and trying to come at me through the window and was yelling “haha” with her tongue out as we drove away .
