Place has gone downhill. Food was cold but took 15 minutes. Kiosk ordering with a holler and they just leave your food sitting and dont care. Food was lackluster and staff was quite loud in the kitchen.

We have finally given up on this KFC! They never have the chicken we need even when it's more than an hour before close. They do not open when they say they are supposed to and more than once they have messed up what we actually did order. I have never be so disappointed with a food place in my life!
Sitting in the drive thru been waiting 30 minutes cars are Turning around finally get to order and they are out of chicken with the bone and strips and now they come saying the computers are down! This place is a joke!

Fast and easy is exactly ehat you get buy its a guilty pleasure The service is always bad I swear the young girl that took my order through the drive through today made e want to poke my eyeball out and the young girl that handed me my food I swear she did not want to be there but anyways let's talk about the crispy, greasy, and juice fried chicken delicious and cheap lol it never disappoints I love the mashed potatoes with extra gravey, creamy coleslaw, and the greenbeans will seal the deal for you. Grab extra napkins you will need them but oh so good.

The girl that helped me at the counter was really nice despite being over worked and understaffed. Ordered a 3 piece and they left out the biscuit and the mashed potatoes were cold.
