Tonight, we went thwre at 8:30pm and sat in line with 7 other cars. No cars moved. There were 4 young adults inside just standing around. They could at least put up a closed sign and told people in the drive thru that they were closed.I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDY'S.Will never go back, and will be posting all over social media. Also calling corporate.-- friend found just a sharp razor in her bag last year.Still boycotting this Wendy's. Prefer the Franklin one.

Devante, the employee there, has a heart of gold. He gave our daughter a frosty to say sorry because they forgot her toy. Super sweet of him. He was kind throughout the whole interaction for ordering. The food itself was a little lack- luster and the drink machine was missing a lot of the flavors, but Devante gave great service.

I stopped going to this location a few months ago because they were always out of everything. Tried again tonight hoping there had been a change, but was disappointed. Again they were out of almost everything I tried to order. I don't understand how this has been able to go on for so long. It's not only just poor location management, but also poor franchise management as well. It will be a long time before I ever attempt to give them another shot.

Tried to place a mobile order for breakfast at 8am on a Tuesday, and there seemed to be no employees in the building. Store's hours say they open at 6:30, but the doors were locked. What is even going on? This location is a joke.

Would not recommend this Wendy’s.. consistently screws up your order. I received the wrong type of chicken nuggets, a hamburger with two bottom buns, hair in the fries, a salad they entirely forgot to include, and it was all cold. Had to drive all the way back from home for the salad . Don’t waste your time here!!!

Pos was down I can only pay cash orders 2 baconator and 1 big bacon triple and was only one patty instead of 3 . Wendy is talking about honest price on real time but this is stealing $32.50
