Dined in a week ago everything was dry and overcooked, placed an order for pickup today and they left me standing there for 20 mins only to tell me nobody put the order in. Save your money and cook at home! Worste Applebee's I've ever been to hands down

Well went and took my mother to eat today and it was by far the worse experience first we get a 2 for 25 that comes with 2 appetizers 2 salads and the meal we got one salad and a up charge for the salad !!!! Then three of the four forks was was dirty including the celery I got with my wings and my other order of wings didn’t get no celery!!! Then I didn’t get my ranch nor my extra sauce for the wings and waited over 25 minutes for a refill where I had to ask the bar tender to ge for us and she was quick and got it so that is the only reason I would give one star is because the bartender and her quickness horrible experience
Great service and food was good early evening...The floor needs to be redone in our area...Other than that we will keep coming back...❤️❤️

Start with a greeting of a ten to fifteen minutes wait for a table in the three quarters empty restaurant. Obviously under staffed and very slow in the kitchen. The waitress was kind enough but there is No atmosphere. Seems to be struggling for some reason.

Food was ok. Too much sauce on the ribs. Burger was greasey. Small portions of french fries for every meal. Paper towels in the bathroom were not working. Waitress was nice and attentive.
