I've truly liked Bob Evans in the past but I was disappointed with the quality of the food I received this time. I ordered the turkey dinner. I've had this before so I know it can be very good. I found everything overly salted, the dressing was lacking flavor but highly salted. The turkey was almost unpalatable with all the salt added. The carrots were good but the butter poured over it was sour flavored and the side butter was sour flavored. Overall, it was not the best Bob Evan's dining experience.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. My steak had no flavor, mac and cheese was like glue, my rolls were a brick, no flavor pot roast ...the only part of our meal that tasted good was the chocolate cake and cookies.

I was very impressed with the staff. All the servers/hosts were cheery and welcoming. However, the kitchen staff sucked. All the homefries were undercooked and inedible. One member of our party asked for well done potatoes and his were cooked exactly the same.
Bob Evans is hit or miss. The food is always a sold 3 which is ok. The service is never great but is usually not to bad. You know what you are getting if you go-to Bob Evans, meh comfort food and meh service.

Food was great, however, server showed us where silverware was, but did not get for us. 6 servers working, only 4 tables filled, yet we had to go to the bar to ask for coffee refills. Food was good, service was poor, will not return to this particular Bob Evans.
