I ordered a pizza was told 40 minutes waited over an hour then got it it was cold and missing pieces went up there to get a new one guy got an attitude with me and was disrespectful and walked away cussing some people need to learn manners the staff needs to be trained better and get an attitude adjustment worst service I have ever had will not be spending money in a place like that I don’t recommend it if I hate to rate it it would be a zero
We ordered an XL Super Deluxe and a build-your-own Hawaiian pizza plus bbq wings. In all of the times we have ordered in the past, it has been excellent. But yesterday, September 4, 2023, something went wrong.The Hawaiian pizza was soggy, the sauce tasted like ground-up tomatoes purée with no salt, spices or flavor. The sauce on both pizzas was the same poorly flavored pizza sauce. The crust on the Hawaiian pizza was so tough and chewy. We were given a $25 credit, but the husband said we won’t be going to this South Limestone Cassano’s location anymore. We paid $78.79 and you expect a stellar pizza for that price. We have learned our lesson and won’t be going back there no matter what remedy they give us on this posting.
