I like this Cassanos better then the one in Urbana that only because the one in Urbana has a rude older woman and she don't like putting sauce on both bread for subs. This Cassanos is one of our go to when wanting pizza. They did what I need them to do with my sub by not putting tomatoes on them which is good most place can do that or won't.

Went last night and got a medium pepperoni and a medium deluxe and a order of breadsticks. It all tasted old or overdone or something. The breadsticks were dry on the bottom. The employees are never at the counter when you come in. Most of the time when I go to this location I have had to wait another 25 minutes after my pickup time before my order is ready. Has happened multiple times. I need to just quit going to this location. Terrible service and the place never looks particularly clean. The quality of service and of the food does not match the price of the food. I spent almost $40 last night and felt like I wasted my money.
I've enjoyed Cassano pizza as a young teenager. I'm now 72 years old. It was known as Vic Cassano and Mom Denisi and the quality of their food has the same delicious flavor. I like the deluxe with anchovies. The staff is always polite and the delivery service is on point. I've never had a problem. Cassano is my "go-to" pizza parlor. I commend them for a successful business over the many years. An easy 5 stars for me.

Ordered a large deluxe pizza with extra sauce. I picked it up and got home to find out they didn't put pepperoni on the pizza and they didn't put extra sauce on the pizza. Instead they didn't put any sauce on the pizza. I thought their deluxe came with pepperoni and sauce but I guess they will charge you for items they don't give you anyways. I'm done with Cassanos. I'm sick of paying for this restaurant only to get ripped off ??? plus the employees were having a party inside the store and playing loud music ignoring their work. Never again...

The seating area was dirty. We had to yell and scream to get the attention of the staff to get a box. Not a great experience customer service wise. I was happy i was not there as a guest but rather a spectator of the service.
