For as many pizzas as they make, they can't seem to have any accuracy to their time estimates. 45-60 minutes turns into 75-90 minutes. 2 minutes turns into 15 minutes and counting. how do you not know if an order is 2 or 15 minutes from being done??it tastes good thoughedited to update after receiving my most recent order: they ignored my request to cut the pizza into triangles, and cut it into ohio squares

Love this place been going since I was a kid but the past year or two has went down hill, every time I order I end waiting in the store usually 30 minutes longer than the time they tell me then they give a barely even baked sub the cheese is never melted and it's half cold. I think they just need some better people working

Very slow service. Doesn't care about getting delivery drivers out.
The First time I went there I got lasagna and it was amazing. How ever my second time......I got home and the lasagna had little to no sauce. So I called and being I live in Northridge wasn't driving back across and was told I would be given a credit on my account......So fast forward to today called and was told he had no recollection of talking to me and didn't even try to make it right in anyway......Moral of the story treat your returning customers right.......but hey I guess these days it's ok for even a suppose to be well know staple in the city to treat you like you went through McDonald's!

Had an awful experience at Catanzaro’s. Once I arrived I was cut at least three times for what seemed to be taking care of regulars. Then once giving my name I then waited about an hour an half for my food (1 pizza and 1 sandwich). Finally after recording good, I checked and the sandwich was made wrong when the ticket clearly indicated how it had to be made. The only excuse was that “she’s been making mistakes for about a week now”. Then waited another 30 minutes.
