I placed a mobile order at 2:00 pm for a 5:20 pickup. My food was not ready upon arrival. For the record my order was only a cheese quesadilla and chips. Once I was given my quesadilla I was told there were no chips and to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE which is eight numbers not seven so who knows. I know shortages happen but I wasn't thrilled with my overall experience and I'll not be returning to this Chipotle.

Food is always ready but never hot for pick ups. Doesn't usually seem to be someone working the pick up window. Typically wait time has been 5 - 15 minutes to pick an order. Ingredients also seem to be allot fresher at this location vs Bechtle. Overall great for lunch or dinner.

better than the chipotle a couple miles north, but that's not saying much. still about a 50% incorrect order rate with online pickup. I've even gotten a burrito bowl with a sticker on it saying burrito.

Picked up my food, drove 8 min back home. Everything was ice cold. Not "cool" but cold. Even the meat felt like it was taken right out of the fridge. Had to microwave it. So essentially I spent $30 on leftovers.
Second time in a row my lunch pickup was over 20 minutes late. The pickup drive thru lane is nuts and is causing a traffic jam out on the street. Food is usually great but this system is broken. They should stop offering drive-thru pickup until they fix it.

Lady never closed out my order and as i was pulling out of the parking lot the associate ran out of the store to bar my exiting to tell me i didnt pay lol. I even asked twice before i left to make sure i was good to leave. Horrible service.

They apparently didn't have any sour cream, veggies, or salsa to complete our order but didn't tell us that. Instead, we got home to bowls of rine and beans and meat so dried up it was like jerky! None of the 5 of us could choke down the food Horrible experience! I'll never go back to this location again. When I complained to corporate on their app, I was offered a free drink and queso as compensation for a $71 order

All they have is a bunch of rude teenagers with no home training running the place with the crooked manager from across town. the food is honestly better than the other location but honestly the SERVICE IS ON LANFILL. I told them to remake my bowl and they legit passed it back down and dumped it in another bowl.Kid-friendliness: If you dont accept the tortilla with the kids meal and jst get rice they will charge you for an adult bowl.
