I really do not like the practice of flipping my blizzard through the air before you give it to me. Especially with all the new germs in the air and the increased risk of getting ill. If you know you don't speak well in English, you should wait till you can, so people can understand what you're saying. You employee many young kids that can do just fine speaking English, let them take the orders. Also serve the blizzards without a hole in the side of the cup and when someone says buster bars, that's far from butterscotch dilly bars. First issue i believe with the Bechtle ave. Springfield, Ohio
