It's heaven in a bowl, and I'm not kidding. We ordered three bowls (24oz), that size was SUPER LARGE, next time I'm ordering the 32oz because I WANT MORE. The service was great and the food well worth the wait.

This food truck is something worth standing in line for! The owners are super nice and the ramen is always fresh and SO good!

Amazing food. This handcrafted ramen never fails to disappoint! Which is no surprise that they have a strong fan base that follows them around to get their share of good ramen. Every time I go, I receive amazing ramen! The prices are decent and the options are accommodating to all. My personal favorite is peddler's noodles with a soft boiled egg, buttered Kale and a wonton! I have never had a better eating experience. I wish they would serve more frequently or someday open a restaurant location!!! It's that good. I recommend this food truck to anyone I meet and try to promote their business. The owners are great people and so friendly to talk to as well!

Wonderful food, and service. Well worth the wait. Visited a local brewing and taproom that they were set up at. Great time and great food and drink, what more can you ask for?

It has come to my attention that some of you are not ordering the Chicken Curry. This is a travesty for your tastebuds and you should correct it at your earliest convenience. Chicken, potatoes, and vegetables in a flavorful but not too spicy curry sauce over their delicious rice. It's really rich and satisfying and it tastes like something your mom would make. I know you can't skip the ramen, you don't have to! Take the curry home and have it later because it's super easy to reheat and it's delicious! It might even be better that way. The only thing better than having Ramen Rickshaw is having Ramen Rickshaw twice.

I have literally dreamed about their food. It is so good. The owners are so nice and friendly! I usually get the peddlers noodles with sliced pork. The noodles and broth and seasoned perfectly and you will not get a flavorless bite! The pork is sliced thin, which I love, and adds a great taste to the noodles. The gyoza plate is also AMAZING. The wontons are spicy and packed with flavor. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this food truck and the people that own it. They definitely have a customer for life right here.

I got their Miso Ramen & when the super nice chef/owner suggested buttered kale and a seasoned egg - both of which I would never choose myself - I ignored my boring side and went for it. It was SO good. I definitely recommend checking it out!

They ran out of ramen and vegetarian sauce. We travelled over 30 minutes and they still had over an hour left to vend. Maybe plan ahead next time? Really disappointed.

Wow! So good. Best ramen I have ever had. Possibly the best food from a food truck as well. They were very friendly and accommodating. I will go out of my way in the future to track down and dine at the Ramen Rickshaw.

I am not surprised that this place has a 5 star rating as of now. It was a bit of a wait but well worth it! Got the Peddler's noodles and honestly, i'd eat that everyday if I could. I will start following this truck around as often as I can from now on, for sure. I just didn't know ramen could taste that amazing!

This is the spot for gourmet food trucks in downtown Springfield. Across the street from Mother Stewarts Brewery and in the middle of all the changes going on Downtown. Try Painted Pepper, Thai One On and The Ramen Rickshaw. All three get a big thumbs up!

The Peddler's Noodles are top notch. Although a tad salty tasting, I've only had better noodles one other place, which was Menya Noodle House in Columbus. If I ever see the Ramen Rickshaw at YS Brewery, I always make sure to get a bowl. Be sure to try this place if you haven't done so yet.
