Got a waffle with nutella, berries, and syrup this morning and it is SO good. Best waffle I've ever had in my entire life. Already planning when i can come back and get another one. Also got a side of bacon, and it's good, too. I don't think I've ever had bad bacon, though.Parking: Was a little confused about where it was exactly at first, but then i realized it's inside the co hatch market along with some other places that look good, too.

Excellent! Sausage gravy waffle & lavendar vanilla oat milk iced. Great flavor to the gravy, nice scrambled egg and large tasty waffle. The drink was pleasantly delicate. I would definitely order both again. The kitchen area was clean & constantly wiped down. Both workers were very friendly and provided quick service. Iron Works is well worth the money and I will return. Lots to choose from in terms of money and hot/cold drinks. I was very pleased.

Beyond disappointing, the way my boyfriend hyped this place up is was so excited me literally left our table at another restaurant to come here he said it was so good, he got the market waffle with bacon and hash browns, and I got the apple pie waffle, first off they gave us the wrong stuff with our waffles and completely forgot the whipped cream he asked for, it’s whatever people make mistakes, but the gave me my apples in a to go coffee cup, honestly I couldn’t care less how something looks or how’s it’s served as long as it’s good, unfortunately it was not at all.. the whipped cream they gave me was a tasteless liquid that immediately made my entire waffle soggy,

Super cute dining experience. CoHatch hosts several different food options within the same building. It was our first experience, and I look forward for our return. We had a wonderful breakfast delivered with fantastic service topped with a delicious coffee. What a gem. I would most definitely recommend. They do make everything fresh to order, so patience is necessary.... this isn't McDonald's ♡♡♡

Food was delicious and portions were great for the price. It is situated in a building with several other vendors/restaurants so everyone in your party can get exactly what they are craving.

The service was great! They patiently answered all my first-timer questions. I got the September special (Apple Pie Waffle for $9) and could not have loved it more. My niece got the PB&J (Lenski Waffle for $7.50) and was very happy with it. The CoHatch building is super cute and when we went (9:45am Saturday morning during a Farmer's Market) still had plenty of seating inside and out. Highly recommend!

One deeply burned waffle...and only provide plastic forks...rather difficult to cut a burned waffle. I'd like some types of sauces available for waffle sandwich, it was delicious but dipping it would add flavor. Love the CoHatch, but it's very noisy and difficult to hear each other.

First time going to this establishment and the results were mixed. We both ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese waffles. Food could have been better, the waffle I was served was not cooked through. It was soggy and disappointing. My wife’s came out done and she said it was good but too much for one sitting. The sauce and other components were good. The hash browns were average, fries would have been better. Not on my list of must returns.

I had the fair style waffles from here after visiting the Farmers Market. Food was great, the service was awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Located inside Co-Hatch, there are no steps getting into the main floor of the building. Aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair.

Food was delicious. Service was polite and speedy. The environment was very chill and the shop is in a cool little food market.

My go to breakfast place when I want to enjoy downtown Springfield. The service is alright, sometimes they can have an attitude but they're all young I get it. Always a peaceful place to eat too, hardly any kids

We ordered 2 Johnny Lytle (chicken and waffles), 1 market waffle, 1 national road and a coffee.. Service was slow and terrible, first off the coffee was room temperature instead of hot, the waffles are doughy and my chicken was burnt and I have to tell them that it is burnt (it was visibly burnt) and their answer was “that’s how it’s supposed to be” and asked if me if I wanted to change it. They did changed it, though that doesn’t changed the fact that the food was bland and overrated. I was too disappointed, I wasn’t able to take photos. Ended up throwing the food after a few bite. I wish I could give this place zero star.

Delicious food. It's in the COhatch building so there is a central eating area shared by several food options.
