Placed an online order was given a time when it would be ready... Took another 20 minutes after that, to actually get it. And after waiting that long the cheese pizza had just been pulled from the hot box and was hard because it had been sitting... It definitely wasn't freshly made. The rest of the food was fine, so points for that, I guess!? The 2 ladies that were running the counter were nice enough and apologized for the wait but the 2 people making the pizzas... that's another story! The lady making pizzas was on their phone while making pizzas and then the dude was literally eating pepperonis as he was making pizzas... Freaking disgusting! I won't be back to this location, ever!

I'm really fed up with the awful quality of the food put out by the Grube Street store. The pizza I got was about 1/4 crust. It wasn't evenly made as 1/4 of the pizza fell apart when we picked up a piece because the crust was so thin under the toppings . Somebody obviously couldn't be bothered to roll out the dough or spread the toppings evenly.This pizza cost over $2 more than it would have if I picked it up myself. On top of that It was a Bestest pizza which is supposed to be a little higher quality than the standard pizza but this was simply BAD. You'd think since they know Door Dash jacks up the prices on everything they'd make an effort to make the food decent but the opposite is true.The only reason I used Door Dash is because I wanted the Italian Cheese Bread. Well it's not on their online menu for pick up and it's not on the menu if you use Little Caesars delivery. You've got to pay inflated Door Dash prices if you want the Italian Cheese Bread. Or you can place your order in person at the store and wait an hour to get your food. Somebody at this store really doesn't want you to order Italian Cheese Bread.Oh, and they've shrunk the Crazy Bread too and Doordash won't let your order it unless you add a sauce which I didn't need.Save yourself some aggravation and don't order from this store. DoorDash did a great job getting the order to me but the food itself was terrible. This was the second time they've done this to me this year. There won't be a third because they have permanently lost my business. You have been warned.

I grew up with Little Caesars "Pizza Pizza". I love their crazy bread. Their food is the same as I remember. However, managers need to run the Grube Street Store in Springfield better. You can't expect 3 to 4 people to run this place on Friday and Saturday nights. I'm sure everyone waiting with me felt the same way. I ordered online and my Pizza wasn't put in the oven until an hour after I placed my order. Walked in to get my Pizza and the lady at the counter said they only had one person making pizzas. Managers should have at least 6 people on Friday and Saturday nights. The manager needs to be more responsible. 3 to 4 people on a slow day is fine but not on busy days.

We went during lunch time and was quoted 10 mins for a Peperioni pizza... Ashlea helped us and was SO nice... She got our pizza ready in less than 5 minutes... My granddaughter loved her.. All of us was smiling and laughing by the time we left... I know this store hasn't always been the best, so that's why I'm giving it a good review... Maybe this young lady is onto something... ❤️?

We submitted an order for 2 pizzas (one of which was a simple pepperoni and cheese) 2 hours in advance. We showed up and waited for our order for 45 min. When my husband asked about the status of our pizza we got a huffy "well it just got burnt so your gonna have to wait" he then asked for a refund which thankfully we were given. I'll never go here again.

It was clean enough that you could tell it was clean but also about the average interior atmosphere for a Little Caesars The food was good if you're not getting a hot and ready but that's usually a Little Caesars operates anyway All in all I'm giving this place a four star

I have tried calling customer service for two hours now since I have picked up my order. There is something TERRIBLY wrong with this pizza. I understand you are busy but this food take like chemicals and is SUPER soggy. I don’t recommend anyone eating this until they fix the issues. When I picked them up they stunk so bad. Me thinking because I’m sick I was just smelling different. Absolutely not. All my babies ate a piece and was telling me something was wrong. Please please please look into this. Something isn’t right with it.

Used to always get their pizzas about month ago it said pizza was ready at 6:15 and went into store they had one person running entire kitchen. It was causing orders to get backed up. My order that was supposed to be done at 6:15 wasn't done til 8. So I took a break from them for a month and tried again. And same thing happened tonight. I waited 40 mins and order wasn't even started yet. And again one person running kitchen. I canceled order and went elsewhere. Little ceasers is a joke. Do not waste your time!
