Update 3/19/24. The service at this restaurant is the worst ever. I just asked for a fresh French fry. Because the ones they put in my bag were lukewarm. The lady breathed a heavy sigh and acted so very inconvenienced. And she is a manager.This is the worst McDonald's ever. Every single time I go there I have to wait for ever to get my food. Then when I get it, it's cold. The last time I went through there they tried to tell me they were out of ketchup and there was none in the entire store. Worst McDonald's ever

Been wanting a burger lately. Living in the country...and was in Springfield so stopped by and went inside. Glad I did. That Quarter Pounder with Cheese hit the spot!

Food was slapped together, fish sandwich was all bun with the fish hanging off the edge of the bun. The fries were cold and large container only half full.Someone didn't want to be there by the looks of the sandwich and fries. Big mack was also sloppily put together. I took a picture because I couldn't believe anyone would sell that kind of product

Love the Enon McDonald's great crew an fast service. Always Fresh, an never over do the condiments.Parking: Safer parking on the right side of the drive thru line. Could find yourself blocked in.

This location Is one of the worst in Springfield they are always incredibly rude there and don't know how the app works I ended up having to go there three times back and forth from my home to where they are because they don't understand how their apps work they told me that I would have to bring my phone to use internet in their store to access the app even though I had access to the app outside of their restaurant. When I tried to tell them this they told me that that wasn't possible even though it absolutely is as I've been using their app for quite a long time their manager got very short with me and began to yell at me and as a result I got mad at her and began to yell at her overall the experience was very poor and I would recommend that if you want McDonald's that you go to one of the other three here in Springfield.

Once again, we got half our order. It isn't right that these fast-food chains are allowed to steal from people, and could care less. This is why we don't go to McDonald's anymore, and they just keep solidifying our choices. I even donated to the Ronald McDonald Charity and they still stole from me.

Every time I used the drive thru, I have to pull around park, and go back in because they forgot items or even whole meals I ordered. I just assumed it was because I have a large orders, but the last time my order was relatively small (less than $25). The bad part is when you go inside they ignore you. when they do finally acknowledge a customer has entered the building, the manager treats you like your the one to blame for the order being wrong & and how dare you interrupt her while she's stands around glaring at her staff. This McDonald's needs a change in management for sure.
