I have never left a Google review for a McDonald’s before.! While traveling, we stopped in Springfield for an unsweetened iced tea. The ice tea was not McDonald’s ice tea. It was a cheap “gas station” variety. I have never had this happen at any other McDonald’s.This McDonald’s was very dirty! The lobby, restrooms and drink area were very dirty, sticky and unhealthy. Behind the counter had things stacked up with a dirty floor. I hope they get help soon to clean up!

McDonald's is McDonald's but this location on Deer Rd. Has got to be the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The food is typical McDonald's, but the wait is usually at least 10 minutes to get the food. McDonald's created fast food and has now because slow down and waits for your food.

Worst McDonald's in Springfield if it isnt a shooting, the working just standing around. Always waiting on Doordarshan orders. Makes us look bad when in reality it's them. I make sure to let every customer know what I am experiencing when I am picking up there order. And in 95% Always negative. I always wondered why I get McDonald's orders from across town when they have one here. It because the service here is horrible.

I usually enjoy McDonalds food. This time the fries were crunchy and had too much oil on them, it was very noticeable the excess. Did not enjoy them that much as usual. My stomach suffered the excess of oil after that.My drink was ok. The hamburger was ok.I dine inside, when I went to look for ketchup, they did not have any ketchup cup on the counter. No ketchup when the food was brought to the table. I asked for one, but they did not have.Place look dirty, tables were sticky, the seats and floor had food remaining. They had the caution wet floor signs when it was not clean.Price seems high in comparison to the quality of the food.Service was ok.

DO NOT GO HEREShorted my order and took thirty minutes.The people who work are usually really nice but my god, something is majorly broken. if i wouldn’t have been picking up for a very sick family member who wants in specific thing, i would have left.30 minutes to get food through the drive thru, normal order, 4 sandwiches and a tea.Pulled into the drive through at 5:54pm and sat with 1 car in front of me for 13 minutes, got through the drive thru at 6:18pm … only to be told to pull over to #1 bc they just put new sandwiches on. Finally got my food at 6:25. No apology or anything.No ketchup and a child size fry amount of fries in a large fry box.Its always bad but this was just INSANE.I will never, ever, ever come back.

Well here I sit at the worst fast food restaurant. I am not here by choice I'm here because of my job (door dash) and I'm telling you I have been in line for 20 min and have only moved up one spot. Well I have sat another 10 min and I'm at the box to order but no one has said anything and they have taken 2 other cars orders! Well I ended driving away from box after they started taking the 3rd order from the other box. I get to the window and tell them that I have and order to pick up she hands it to me and closes the window!! I am really really done with this McDonald's

I Think the place is overall great, food is amazing as well, but the only problem is how slow they are. I’ve never been to a fast food place that takes almost an hour to get in and out. It’s terrible. I think they should step up there game a little bit because it’s absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The management staff at this location should be ashamed of the customer experience their employees are providing. The 3rd shift crew is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. From my experience, When going through the drive thru you will wait upwards of 20 mins for your order to be taken. Once you do finally make it to the window you are met with either an attitude or just a plan dirty look. If you are a Door Dash driver you run the risk of having your acceptance rate and or Customer Satisfaction rate negatively impacted due to this location.
