I waited almost 24 hours to post this and I've always gave them a good review but last night it was the worst. We came in about 8:15 and ordered approximately $60 worth of food to go. The lady at the counter was rude. Very rude. When I got home we had ordered two Reubens and the meat was so dry it wasn't even edible. I am not sure what's going on. Our Hero has been a favorite of mine for years. It was a regular for lunch before I retired. They have made upgrades to the facility and it has made a more pleasurable atmosphere for those who choose to dine in. The cheesesteak is still to "die for". Heroes are my "go-to" for a tasty sandwich.

Good food, bad service. Ive had them before without trouble but today they gave my sandwich the works without asking me or telling me. They stated that all of their subs get the works, but this is not true as no menu, even paper copies, state this. The ones that get it by default state such. When I asked for a new one they didnt give me time to explain what all I wanted, so I paid for bacon i didnt get and I didnt get some of the stuff that shouldve been on it.
