I would love to frequent this establishment but for the following reasons my visits are very few.1)I use the app to order for pick up and my items are never done when they send me an alert that they are.2)I love panera bagels however they never have more than a couple options when I order (and almost never sesame which is a family favorite)3)I always request for the bagels to be sliced (as they have a machine to do it which would save me time and a mess at home) but not once have the bagels been sliced when I order them.

Went to pick up a breakfast order Inplaced online to find an unsatisfied worker yelling if they could stop making egg sandwiches.Well angry lady, those egg sandwiches were for my 1year old.
Everyone here was super nice. Plus, they actually fill the charged lemonade cups all the way, which I can't say about the location that's closest to me, lol.

I visited Panera Bread for my birthday and the place still has that quiet atmosphere and the food is fabulous. The Black Forest ham with Gouda cheese with arugula is out of this world. Panera Bread is a great place to visit. It to me hasn't lost it's glamor. Easy 5 stars for me.
