Peen Station is always a great place to go for subs. The service is friendly and fast. Their subs are top tier and you can not find better fries anywhere.

Visiting for the weekend and my friend that lives local insisted I try this place out. I'm from Florida and we don't have a penn station, but we have publix subs, penn station just became my favorite place to eat subs. The Italian sub and bucket of homemade fries are awesome. Great and friendly staff. I look forward to my trip back.

Cincinnati native here, I’m pleased to have finally found a penstation sub establishment that understands the assignment. I’ve been living in Dayton for a few years and Cincinnati has expanded our city known delicacy restaurants to other cities. Springfield FRISHES Big Boy and Springfield Penstation locations makes me feel like I’m still home, and they also makes the food CORRECTLY and still taste the same so thank you . On the other hand , I feel like in culinary, HAIR NETS , should be a must . I’m seeing cooks and other people with very long hair on the grill making the subs and my OCD is going nuts . Please ?? keep your hair tamed guys and gals please !

I have only ordered here a couple of times, but I will never get food from them again. The two times I got a cheesesteak here the bun was completely soggy from liquid from the steak. I couldn’t even eat it.Also, I used to deliver for Doordash and one of the managers. There is completely rude to the Doordash drivers. One time I waited for 45 minutes to pick up an order while I was watching people walk in the door and place an order and have their food in 10 to 15 minutes. When I complained about it and asked about the order, the manager was very rude about it and acted like she couldn’t be bothered to make sure I got my order and didn’t have to wait any longer. After that I stopped taking Doordash orders from there because that ind of poor service gives a very bad reputation to the driver, and is very unfair to the customer who is waiting for their order. I will never go back there again
The quality of chicken has really gone down. Tastes like they bought a bag of frozen chicken strips across the lot at Aldi's. Chewy. Gristly.

Slacking Packing
Came in to get a sandwich before work I was in a hurry to get out of there to go work. I came to work and only to discover they got my order wrong. I ordered a blt turkey sandwich and I got a parmesan sandwich.

Stopped in to get some food and they where very busy. I liked the way the manager got in there and help the employees. There was great communication between the staff. They all worked together great. I will definitely be back there.
