I called to order. Was sent to 1800 # waited a couple minutes on hold no biggie. Order was delivered via doordash I paid by credit card and driver wouldn't leave my order saying I owed cash. Tried calling back for proof I paid by card and currently been on hold for 29 minutes. A lady answered said please hold for management I said I've already been on hold for 15 minutes she was nice said sorry. But damn it's now 8:00 and either want my food or my money. Just answer the phone.

We order often from Pizz hut at the same location. Tonight our pizza was so awful!, it looked like someone flattened out our pizza like so flat and ordered extra sauce and the whole pizza was dry hardly any sauce at all.. 2 of the breadsticks had nothing even on them ,completely plain and cold. The pizza was warm but sticks were cold. We didn't even eat 3/4of the food it was that bad. Needless to say Pizz Hut gets a big Fat 0 and we aren't going back for that kind of pizza anymore. Pappa John's is right up the road

Stopped in at Pizza Hut on Bechtle Ave., Springfield, Ohio. Gave our phone number and they couldn’t get it right. Upon Pickup, Our pizza was cold, we ordered bone-in wings. Pizza Hut employees must not understand English. They rang up bone-OUT wings and when we went to pay for our order, the guy didn’t know how to count change. Truly unbelievable and unacceptable.
