Placed an order thru the app. Arrived and the only thing they had was coleslaw! I left with nothing and didn't even get a refund. How do they run out of every single menu item? Then have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. It's fraud to sell items that aren't available and take the money anyway. And then tell the customer you basically stoled from " sorry about that, but come back again ". Absolutely will not be going back.

The chicken is nice and crispy. My wife loves the red beans and rice for some reason. Close to I70, several other fast food restaurants, and three gas stations. Again, inflation has increased the price of a family package to uncomfortably high levels. Service is decent. The dining room is typical of a fast food location.One driveway out ( on the side?) may damage your car if taken at normal speed, so exit carefully.

Did even taste the food yet hopefully that’s good least but they were soooooo slow. Yes we order big so I understand it will take longer but we waited for a hour and there was no apology didn’t even seem to be in hurry. It was full for all the people waiting. So if you are in a hurry don’t go here!! If you have time to waste help yourself!!

We ordered a 16 piece family meal 2 large sides of macaroni, we placed it at 6:50 didn’t get our food till 8:20. After waiting over an hour they came out and asked what we ordered. One side of max and cheese was hot the rest of the food was cold how do I wait over an hour for cold food, $60 of cold

The meal was served fresh and delicious. The lady who took our order was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer questions immediately. An overall pleasant experience.

9/22/23: The S. Limestone Popeyes is very inconsistent with the rotations of the freshness of their food. If I ask a question I rarely is back a proper attitude. The customer service is NOT good. I'm not saying that everyone there has bad customer service, but some of the can be very rude. Another thing is almost every single time, they forget something!!! There's been times where I've wanted to fix something, and they don't, "feel like" fixing it. In general yes the food isn't bad, yes you're still getting Popeyes flavors, but the respect here is gone.
