I went to Sally's and ordered a chicken box and a Burford combo and my total was 21.67 or something like that. Handed him my card and it was declined. So I looked in my account I had 20.06 I couldn't pay for my stuff. So the manager came over and ended up giving me a 50% discount so I could pay for my food. So thank you, mr.manager I truly appreciate what you did

The food is always hot and fresh. The staff... Not sure the guys name but he seems to be there every time we go. He is very friendly and great customer service. I appreciate just the positive attitude and basic friendliness that gives. We need more people like that out in the fast food industry and the world.

My son got food at this location today & he forgot to check the bag because he had car trouble at Speedway next door, when he got home we discovered the large fries about half full. $7 fry a small and large fry and I didn’t even get all of them. It’s sad when people will just not care about what they serve to a paying customer. I didn’t pay 50% of my bill any serve 50% of my food. I’m sure they wouldn’t do that to a friend or family member. Any time we try to order pies there never are any. How hard is it to fill a fry box. If you don’t like your job don’t work with people’s food! Do better smh

Got the sweet onion burger for 1.99 and the wild west burger for 1.99 wished I would of got 2 of each instead of just one each I didn't get the bacon cheddar I was more interested In the sweet onion and wild west burgers the wild west was a take off of burger kings rodeo burger but I think your is much better by far and I loved the sweet onion burger so you can count I will be getting more of both in future orders

Just received my order from uner eats and it was by far the worst food experience I've had in my life. I wish I could upload pictures on here because words does not do any justice in describing how bad these hamburgers are. I would call them A1 swiss burgers but you would need more than just a piece of cold Swiss cheese half way gone off the sandwich to do so. All of the burgers were like this. I mean seriously if you can't do a task as easy as putting condiments on sandwich then life is going to eat you alive and I hope it does at least someone will be eating something because all mine went in the trash. Quit your job if you don't want to do it and the manager should be fired for letting your service run so poor. I've never given a bad review in my life because the time it takes isn't worth mine so this goes without mentioning how upset I am.

Ordered got wrong food, came back waited 10mins for someone to come to window. Went thru drive thru lady said pull to window.... Then waited 10mins for someone to come to the front & probably only cuz someone pulled behind us in drive thru! ?
I like Rally's but not like everything else you have to get your own opinion on.. and I have my favorites loaded fried and the other fries. Fruit pies are good. My favorite sandwich is a big bufford.

I normally love Rally's so when I saw there was one nearby, I was excited. we were in line for 10 minutes and not a single car pulled forward or walk up person served. Fast food restaurants shouldn't even bother opening if they can't fully staff the place. It didn't get my money today and I likely won't ever give it a second look in the future.
