Roosters' service has gone down majorly since it opened. Every waitress we've had has been distant and unhelpful, and I always get the buffalo chicken sub but everytime it comes out now it's missing the celery pieces and blue cheese crumbles. And today the buffalo sauce was missing!! Very unhappy with my past 3 experiences here. UPDATE: ROACHES!

Wish I could give 0 stars, this is the worst roosters I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible, employees cussing and fighting in the dining room waited 30 minutes never was greeted looked over seen a roach crawling on the wall at that moment I was glad we wasn’t greeted we ran the hell out of there. This location needs shut down

My family and I had a horrible experience. To start our waitress Tiana was HORRIBLE. we waited an hour just for our appetizer and another 25 for our food, while others that came in after us received their food. Our waitress was on her phone, and not getting things we needed such as plates , silverware etc. My Mother’s wings were not fully cooked , and our fries were cold. By time we ate our nasty food and needed our check we waited 30 minutes while our waitress continuously kept disappearing on her PHONE! HORRIBLE experience. NEVER again.

Kathryn was our waitress and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! she was attentive and funny and so courteous. I have never had a better experience at any restraunt! The food was fairly priced so delicious and you got large portions, we took so much home with us!
Worst roosters is in Springfield.Got our order wrong for take out, once we waited 2 hours for our food to come out. Ended up just leaving.Springfield doing Springfield things!

I wish I could recommend this place but I can't. We waited 20 minutes before a server came to our table. I ordered a drink but they didn't know how to make it. Who puts Sprite in a margarita??? Ordered red wine but they didn't have any. The food was worse. I ordered wings and they sauce was bad, it tasted like it was sitting in the refrigerator for months. ? I left without a drink and no food.There are several other restaurants in the same shopping center and I would recommend going to anyone of them instead of this place.
