Didn’t eat, small number of hibachi tables. Was greeted immediately and told of wait time which was 40 to 50 minutes so went somewhere else.

Best sushi in town by far the owner is stirn and to the point have never had bad food thereKid-friendliness: If you eat hibachi the cooks really interact with the kids with the volcano right down to the water bottle they use to put out the fireWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move a wheelchair around or even a motorized chair as well

I went for a late lunch / early dinner. I felt that the quality of the food was good, and the ingredients were fresh, and everything was tasty. The price (~$20 minimum per person for a late lunch) seems high for the area to me. During the weekdays they do have some lunch specials until ~3 pm.But looking at the menu, you could easily spend $30–50+ per person for a late lunch or dinner, and that's before any drinks or appetizers. There are a lot of places nearby where you can get much more bang for your buck if you're just looking for typical American style Asian food.I liked the food (4/5) but not sure how often I'll come back given that the prices (2/5) are even higher than one pays for similar food in bigger nearby cities like Dayton and Cincinnati. There's a nice Chinese buffet very nearby that's far less expensive, for instance. My review would be 4/5 if their prices were closer to what's typical for this market.Service was very attentive, though the restaurant was also not busy at all. It's probably more lively on a Friday or Saturday night around the hibachi table. If I would go back, it would be for that experience.

Wow, look through the reviews for the last 6 months and you can tell that this place has definitely taken a turn for the worse!I've been here 3 times previously, thought the hibachi was great, even though the atmosphere there is fairly off putting. It's worse now.Food: They have REALLY down graded the portion sizes. I ordered scallop hibachi, as did my son, and we each were given 5 scallops. 5 small bay scallops. Rice and veggies. Soup that was luke warm, and salad that was swimming in dressing. Instead of bringing out whole pieces of uncut meat (beef filet, chicken breast, salmon, etc) They now bring out all the meat precut, so that they can make smaller meat portions. Everything was overly sauced and overcooked (this is all down to your chef though), but it was not what it used to be. You know how they do the shrimp toss and maybe throw a shrimp tail in their hat? They don't do that any more... because they don't give you shrimp any more as part of your appetizer.Service: I don't think the wait staff could have been more apathetic. The dead look in everyone's eyes. You can tell immediately from the hostess at the door, the server bringing drinks, and the chef cooking your meal... they wanted to be anywhere, but there.Atmosphere: When we showed up, the lone hibachi chef was quietly sitting on the sidewalk by the front door, smoking a cigarette, and playing on his phone. Once inside, you're greeted by a dimly lit restaurant that hasn't been updated in years. The second thing you notice is that NO ONE ELSE is there. The place is empty. After you're seated, you start to look around at your surroundings. Boxes stacked up in the corners. Supplies crowded together on other tables. Bags of rice stacked up in the hallway.Congratulations, you now get to have an overly-priced, underly-portioned, over-cooked meal, served by dead-eyed service, inside of an expansive supply closet.P.S. 200 feet south, there is a better restaurant.

Terrible from the moment we walked in the door. We had a party of 4. We originally sat at a booth but because the restaurant was empty with the exception of maybe 3 other tables we asked to be moved to the hibachi section. We were rushed to order the second we sat down before anyone could even get their menu open. Eventually everyone made their selections (the order well over $100 dollars) with one of the items being the "tokyo" combo which is a hibachi combo containing steak and shrimp. A few minutes after placing our order we were asked to move, yet again, because we only ordered one hibachi entree. IN AN OTHERWISE EMPTY RESTAURANT. The hibachi combo arrived first, well before any of the other items ordered, so ultimately our meal was eaten in shifts instead of as a family. What I assume to be the manager of the restaurant, a lady wearing a red shirt who told me her name was Heaven, was rude from the beginning - not only to our group but to the server (who was also clearly embarrassed by the awkward situation she was put in) and rushed us the entire time. The staff nor the food quality was up to par with the menu prices. We were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in the door. I've had better rice from a frozen takeout container. Our server was probably mortified by the behavior of her "superior" but for me personally it does not excuse the fact that after all the entrees finally arrived (in shifts) we did not see nor hear from her until we were ready for the checks. We still tipped her well in spite of being treated as not only an inconvenience but low class citizens. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

Would give zero stars if I could. Memorial Day weekend, they weren't busy. Four people in our group, ALL SERVICE INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES. They were unpleasant the moment we walked in. Our server was new but to her credit was clearly doing her best. The manager repeatedly reprimanded her in front of us. Awkward and unprofessional. We were asked to move from the hibachi side because we didn't order enough "hibachi meals". Appetizers, alcohol, sushi rolls, but apparently not enough hibachi to sit on that side. Prices on the menu did NOT reflect the quality of the food. Drinking out of plastic glasses, dollar store wine glasses, and dollar store plastic pitchers to refill our water. Constantly felt eyes on us like we were scum. The absolute worst NEVERRRR AGAINNNN.

Had the hibachi grill, and the food was okay. About standard for resturants like this. Not too good or bad. I didn't like the boxes that were littered in the resturant, as it throws off the ascetic.

There's a place like 200 feet away called Sakura... go there instead. Sakura's food is better, portion sizes are triple, and they won't rip you off. Prices are similar, and Sake place charged an 18% gratuity when we ordered 2 dishes and a plate of sushi for 5 people. Sakura would never do this. The portions at Sake were tiny comparatively and more expensive. The waiters circled like vultures as we tried to figure out how the price got insanely high. Not cash money.

Went for Hibachi… a party of 7 went before us and we were added to their party. So 5 of us were on the other side of the grill. It was my daughters birthday and it was ignored after telling the server, as it was last year but was willing to try it again. Got my fried rice 29 mins before my the rest of my meal. Rice was cold. Chef was completely non engaging. Got charged 20% gratuity on a party of 4 because we were unwillingly added to a party of 7. Food was awful too. Everyone left with an upset stomach. What a rip off!! Do not recommend and Will. Never. Be. Back.

The biggest waste of $125 I’ve spent on door dash. Not only were several thing missing but I had to make my own rice just to consume my meal. The hibachi left much to be desired. The food was saturated in a bland flavorless sauce and steak over cooked. I ordered multiple meals and sushi rolls. Was given one set of chopsticks and 2 soy sauce. The sushi was the only good thing however was very small for the price. Will definitely not be back anytime soon.

The food is excellent and it is brought out quickly

Horrible food. Everything tested the same and was very over cooked. When we told them we couldn’t eat it they just asked if we wanted a box. Do not recommend

Extremely rude when we asked if we can get hibachi grill they acted like it was the end of the world. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The guy cooking our food did not try to put on a show or do anything. Also try to shove sake down my throat when kept saying I did not want it. Overall experience was horrible
