The lady behind the counter is very rude.she didn't have a tag on.she got mad when I had 4 subs to make.she charged way to much for some little peices of bacon.i should of walked out after the subs was made.ill never go back again

Whoever the chick with the glasses and no name tag is needs to watch her attitude and not be so rude. Also, why tell us that ordering a BLT isn't an option and we have to pay for each strip of bacon when online you can still order a BLT for this same location. I will probably never return to this Subway.

The chick behind the counter that wears glassrs with no name tag is super rude! She had a whole attitude because I ordered 4 subs! Direct quote, " Jesus right at lunch time?" I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure business is business. I won't be returning! It's not the first time I've had an issue with this lady being rude!

9/22/23: S Limestone Subway- The ingredients are always fresh and quality. If you get your food hot it always tastes extremely fresh and delicious! The customer service is consistently good as well. I like the atmosphere of this place! It has a great location with great food. 10/10 highly recommended :D

the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time very rude was told they hate orders slam my sandwich at the register. Very poor customer service. was planning on eating in but did not want to eat my dinner in that kind of atmosphere.I will drive across town before i go to that Subway again

We ordered three subs this morning and the two gentleman who made them were quick but didn't sacrifice quality for speed. Some of the best customer service I've ever had from a Subway. They deserve a raise!

They close at 10:00p we got there 9:29 and they already were locked. And the man that was working there seen us and hid in the back until we left because he was too lazy to service for the last half an hour of open business hours

Great food, staff is great. One of the staff members always has a bad attitude and is very impatient. A family member of mine has a stutter and as a person who stutters, it is very frustrating when someone tries to finish your words for you. The staff member that made our subs today was very rude and impatient. I can understand that people have bad days but it is every time that I go in this subway she is always in a bad mood. She kept trying to interrupt my family member as she was stuttering and continues to say," Deep breaths sweetie", or constantly nodding her head like its such a burden to hear a customer out. Take into consideration when ordering your food!!
