Partner is very sick right now so I ordered delivery to be safe. The order was missing my drink. When I called door dash support they told me to call the restaurant and when I called the restaurant I was told the door dasher was supposed to grab it themselves and I wasn’t able to get a refund because they “didn’t know how” and I was told to just come pick it up myself- entirely defeating the purpose of delivery (which I paid about a $5 fee for). I was then told to call back tomorrow when there was “someone there that could help me.” Food was fine otherwise just incredibly disappointed in the service. I still have not received a refund.

I usually don’t like going to subway because the staff and the food aren’t that great but this subway i am a loyal customer because of the young group of staff they are very good workers and very nice i spent around a thousand dollars in a year just at this one location just because of the great staff i hope this review help other and other restaurants.

So I went here where I hit up 3 to 4 times weekly sometimes solo sometimeswith my spouse. I know this older lady doesn't like me however the rest of the staff is fantastic. Yesterday the owner started me out. He leaned over to the woman who had snapped and rolled her eyes at me often and said " is that her?"Where the eldery lady said, "yep". The audacity to do that infront of me. I have never been mean or raised my voice to this lady. I had reported her about 6 weeks prior when she yelled at me and made me cry. I have severe anxiety and was comfortable there and liked the people. I guess I should've just let the older woman treat me like garbage instead of speak up. Very disappointed in the owner to say stuff infront of his customers about them.

I come here often and this is the first time I came at closing.... just before.Tabitha and Amira are the best employees I have encountered at this subway!!!! So attentive and didn't complain about me coming in so close to closing! They were diligent and SO in incredibly friendly! Very different experience than the day time workers. Daytime workers have bad attitudes and act like it's a burden to serve someone, one lady in particular....I cany remember her name but if you encounter her you'll know.Job well done Tabitha and Amira (I hope I spelled it right)

The ladies working here work their a$$#$ off...they deserve raises!! Lunch time at this subway is insane..lined up out the door...on line orders and Uber orders and walkins...

Coming in for an online order took 40 mins. I was told not to get an attitude, not to snatch the bag from the employee and was told the cops would be told. All over me asking why the app says done when my order hasn't been started yet. I said nothing after asking, I did not snatch and I did nothing unlawful. Better be careful with the law threats!! I only spoke up after the employee kept seeking confrontation.

They were out of roast beef so decided to get a salad instead. Kinda crazy that it is $2 more for a salad when you are getting a meal without the bread. Service was great and the restaurant was clean.

Absolutely the worst of the worst. Paid for 2 subs online and when I went to pick them up I was told "we're closed, get out". I explained I already paid and she sais, "we're closed get out". Explained I needed a refund and she said "we're closed get out". I asked why they werent staying open for their posted hours and I was told "I'm short staffed, so I closed early so get out. Called the number on the door to ask for a refund and ni response yet. Avoid at all costs. They're rude crooks.

Went there tonight Cameron was rude as hell and the red headed and blue headed girls just stood there would not make our subs we stood there for 5 mins after being toasted and still no service so we walked out..will never be back
