I bought 2 dozen cookies from here, the first dozen of them were hard as bricks and stale. I waited 11 minutes for the second batch and those were perfect. She barely had enough to give me 12 for the first batch at around 11:30 in the morning. She gave me old cookies from the night before. Perhaps others are coming at a different time than me but I didn't have the customer service issues others mention. I was here at 5:30 on a Saturday. I wasn't "wowed" but neither was it poor. Average customer service experience. They got bread and fixings correct, asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted and were able to handle an upside on the meal deal drink.
