Was disappointed today. Picked this location because it is usually really good. Food tasted fine but they didn't give me all the sauce packets I asked for and no it wasn't too much to ask for. I purchased 5 items asked for 4 packets and got three. My sour cream was on the bottom of my burrito. Ordered extra meat on the Mexican Pizza and I am not sure it had a full 1 helping of meat. Ordered 2 Pizzas and only got 1 fork.Store was clean and they did acknowledge my entrance.Not the greatest visit but won't be my last.

I used to consider this the best Taco Bell in Springfield. This is no longer the case.Every time I go, my order is wrong and the service is slow, even with no one ahead of me in line. I’m really puzzled as to how my food is always made wrong when they’re taking so long to make it.I’m a vegetarian and always swap meat for black beans. I’ve been given steak and beef instead on multiple occasions. When I order items without sour cream, they come slathered in it. If you’re someone who needs/wants to make changes to your food (allergies or dietary restrictions), I would pass because they will do the complete opposite of what you’re asking for and take forever to do it.

Last time I went to Upper Valley Pike I had to wait 20 minutes and walked out, this time today ordered 2 grilled chicken and grilled steak burrito's asked for hot and fire sauce and I got 2 hot 1 fire. Are they in a bind for hot sauce and service , really it sucksDietary restrictions: Asked for no rice and it didn't work.
Required us to use a kiosk to order food. May as well made my food while I was at it. At least that way my food wouldn't be burnt.

Well it's been a long time since I have went to Taco Bell. Two burritos two nacho Bell grande one no beans and two taco pizzas one no beans. Get home and of course both the orders of no beans had beans. F_(# I mean really just one time I go there just once I'd like them to get it RIGHT. $31 DOLLARS oh yeah a Pepsi. So it's going to be a long long time before I go back!

Clean dine in. And you know, it's Taco Bell so don't come in expecting restaurant quality food. It's hot, fast food, cheap (?), and to a collage student like myself I only really can complain about the free Wi-Fi, which I need to restart every 20 minutes to watch my lectures. Even then, I got excellent service from this one lady who went above and beyond with my coffee though.
