Drive-through order was incomplete and unfortunately didn’t figure it out until we got home. Also barely had any meat on the chicken power bowl. Disappointing!

Bean burritos were barely larger than the palm of my hand and mostly just dough. I paid $3.00 for extra onion and only found a few little pieces. Tacos were flat with maybe a teaspoon full of meat. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again !
Placed a door dash order, everything was made PERFECTLY. Which we know rarely happens most places. Everything was delicious, fresh, generous portions. 10/10 to the crew working tonight! Thanks for a yummy

I just left this location... ZERO STARSThey wont serve you in the Lobby. They wont even acknowledge you are there. They are too busy dropping F bombs in the back and speaking negative about customers who are currently in the drive thru. The person with all the open uncovered face piercings making food said "Oh well F em" when another employee brought up they left out food of the previous order and messed the current one up. I couldn't believe what the workers were saying in front of other customers. I cant imagine what they say or do when customers cant see or hear them.The longer I stood there without anyone saying anything to me, the more I felt disrespected. I just wanted some Taco Bell. The only reason I left the house was to eat here and this location failed me. I am a combat veteran and I go to this location frequently. Ive overlooked things in the past but this is unacceptable. There was one car in the drive thru when I got back in the parking lot so they were not busy at all.The physical location was dirty and felt "sticky". Its definitely a direct representation of the employees working there. Dirty and nasty. I wont be back to this location.
Dined in, waited 20 minutes for our order. Ordered a nacho bellgrande (everything else was fine except this) they put it in a box. I opened the box found a ball of hair in it, went back up to the counter & told them. At first everything was fine, just wanted it replaced. Until I noticed the older woman working the window laughing and shaking her head yes at the lady that took the hairy belle grande they quickly gave it back. Confused why they were acting like that went back to our table opened the box & the ball of hair was STILL IN THE FOOD!!!! All they did was add more toppings to it & put it in a new box!!!! DISGUSTING! We left the Belle grande on the table, their lazy behinds can clean it up themselves!!
