Used to be my family's preferred Wendy's in Springfield. This evening an employee decided to throw a full beverage out the drive thru window and into my husband's car over a misunderstanding with the order.Made a call to the store as I was not with him and asked to speak to the manager. The person who answered stated they were the manager but did not provide a name. I was told it was a known incident and that it was being addressed.As I cannot be certain this is actually being dealt with, I am leaving this review as well as taking the issue to corporate. For the time being, I recommend avoiding this location because at least one employee clearly has anger issues.
