The manager at this location, Martha, is the most unprofessional manager I have had an encounter with. My daughter found multiple hairs in her food and the manager told her to just pick them out that they are probably her own. Martha is a disgrace of a manager.

Its clean and the people that work there are very nice. The food just isnt good. Chicken fried steak was the worst ive ever had. The quality of the food is very low. Old school Friendlys or Cracker Barrel smokes this place.

Shari was absolutely amazing. i came here with my little sister and she struggles with mixed textures and her food touching. we forgot to mention this but when we asked Shari if it could be fixed she did right away and even brought her fresh food in separate dishes AND brought her two separate to go containers. she even put a cute little sticker on our receipt! give that woman a raise right now shes amazing!

Never liked BE because they used to have a chincy uninteresting menu selection, but they since have greatly improved. Food was fresh and good. I left there stuffed and happy. The only glitch was us two standing there to be seated, the hostess looked at the log, bypassed us then looked at the other people in line behind us instead of us! Haha, weird being invisible.

Service was fair, but nothing was pre-bussed at our table, and we were left around other tables that were left a mess because the server was changing sections. I hate the food here personally because I have dietary restrictions, and they, like most Midwest restaurants, have little accommodations and cook with a generous amount of oil. My mom loves it here, though, and they do offer veteran discount on the bill. It's a fine place to go, considering the area is Steubenville.
My family 2 daughters ages 6 and almost 9 and myself and my husband just got done eating, all of our food was delicious, our waitress Dashay was very kind and friendly. The cooks that prepared our food did so in a timely mannor and the food like I said was delicious!!Will definitely come back again for the friendly service and amazing food..Parking: When we dine in there was plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Yes most definitelyWheelchair accessibility: Yes it is

Food was good for the most part. They accommodated chicken sausage in an omelet for me since I can't eat pork. The new apple French toast was ok, but the apples tasted canned. The service was great until our server disquiet without saying she was leaving or her shift had ended. My mom had to flag down another server for assistance. This was a bit of a nuisance. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.

We were greeted as we entered the restaurant, promptly seated. Orders were taken and food was served quickly, and with a smile. Food was perfect. Upon leaving, we were greeted at the counter by another friendly face and wished a happy holiday. Restaurant was clean and organized, staff was so friendly and on point. Could not ask for a better experience. One million times better than the Weirton location.
