If they were less busy with smack talking each other maybe my order would have been right. Usually not an issue here but here I am writing this. Pay attention to what someone orders not everything else

Worst place in fast food history. Very dirty and they are always out of items as simple as sweet tea! Also it take over a half hr sometimes to get your order even longer when they mess it up!!

Chicken was very dry and tough, way too much salt on the fries. The worst was watching a filthy. He appeared to dress wearing an apron, and cook crossed my mind. Needless to say, everything went into the garbage, and I will never go back. I highly suggest not going there!!!

Placed an order online to be delivered that was "cancelled" with no notification. Went to the store to order in person and my delivery was sitting there. Been sitting so long that the inside of the bag was covered in moisture, the box and bag inside of that were soggy. Was told that it just got put up but I had been waiting over an hour. Oh and all the ice in my drink had melted and was warm.

Around 8pm I was picking up a doordash delivery when an unprovoked employee proceeded to make fun of me. He was making gestures with his hands behind the food rack at me so I began to record myself in the store showing no reaction & on the way out of the store is when he yelled something at me, not expecting me to come back into the store. I stopped in the door to ask “what was that?” Where he then proceeded to laugh and taunt me. Nicholas then proceeded to call me random names and profanity such as “soft” “b*tch” “ pedophile” and upon asking what he’s going on about he got aggressive and asked me if I wanted to go outside. Dan the manager on duty then told me I need to leave or he’s calling the police and when I asked for a higher ups number, he refused and said it was “***** that I was recording and walked away from me. Insane that people feel like they can talk to people like this in a work establishment.

(Let me preface this review by saying 1.) I was born and raised in Steubenville. And 2.) I go to chic fil around once or twice every 2 weeks which is a 35 minute drive.) Wow I was blown away by how professional, quick, and high quality this establishment is. I think KFC often gets a bad wrap for being too greasy, dirty, ect… this place blew my expectations out of the water. Very comparable to chic fil a (the dynasty of all fast foods) very friendly employees. I was able to speak to the general manager who was awesome. And the food was amazing! High quality chicken that was very comparable to chic fil a. So happy I decided to come here and now I don’t have to make the trip all the way to Robinson I can stay here in town :)
