We'd never been here before. The staff made us feel right at home. VERY helpful and friendly! The fried zucchini planks and honey chicken balsamic pizza were excellent! We'll be back!

We were in town for the Nutcracker festival and decided to get some lunch. The pizza was fantastic and the people took great care of us. Next time we're in town we will definitely stop by again!

Awful experience. The female employee with the black and blue eye was incredibly rude. When coming in she was ranting to coworkers about the kitchen workers having attitudes. Didn’t greet us. Her trainee (poor lady) was trying to take our order and I had noticed I was charged for a small pizza but asked for a large. She had to re ring it up and needed assistance from the black/blue eyed lady. She was yelled at and judged in front of us and I felt so bad for her. I ended up telling them to give us a small instead of a large to make it easier. The rude lady tried to fix the order except made it worse and never cancelled the first so the kitchen made two of our orders and she later came out with the second one and tried to act like she meant to do that. A different employee came to apologize to us separately and noted she can be mean and hurtful and she was sorry we had to see that. The rude lady was on her phone often too, never did I see the others on theirs. She also proceeded to complain to a customer about the other pizza shop down the road how their customer service was bad. I couldn’t believe the audacity she had. The service from the rude lady with the black and blue eye ruined our experience. She failed to give us her name so I don’t have that to give. I could tell the way the order taking process was set up was not working for the ladies. They don’t explain you have to sit somewhere look at menu and go tell cashier your order. So confusing. Saw multiple groups walk out from confusion, wait times and rudeness. It’s also not the cleanest place. Saw a lot of debris under the back counter and clutter on top. I’m also not sure if it’s health code violation but they had hot chocolate station with premade chocolate sprinkle rimmed cups just sitting in open air where I saw multiple sneezes and coughs. I’m not one to leave a review however I think a reality check is needed.

Enjoyed the supreme pizza and it was amazing. However the veggies are prepared for the pizza topping were so flavorful. The mushrooms were absolutely delicious. The staff was very busy and had a good sense of humor. We also had a plan Jane and pepperoni and sausage pizza. We will be back soon!
First, I left this review on the restaurant’s Facebook page and they DELETED the comment AND blocked me! Just when I thought my mind couldn’t be any more blown. I would have let this go if they didn’t try to hide my experience. It looks like any time someone leaves a negative review they accuse them of not being an actual customer. Well, let me tell you…My family and I went in on a Saturday evening around 6 pm. There were several to go order tickets up, but a few open tables. My kids were hungry so we decided to stay.We go to the counter to order and begin telling the woman at the register what we’d like. I politely asked her if they had chicken tenders and she snapped, “NO we don’t have chicken! This is an ITALIAN RESTAURANT!” (It’s a pizza place. They have Buffalo chicken fries. My question was not that out of order.) My little one was upset by her rudeness, but we kept ordering. Our order was nearly up to $40 when someone came out of the back and said, “he said no more orders.” The woman at the register said, “what about these people?” And the other girl insisted, “he said no more orders.” At which point both women ignore us before the first tells us we can’t order our food and should leave.I understand being short staffed. IUnderstand being busy. I cannot fathom being told “nevermind” in the middle of placing an order at a restaurant.Perhaps the worst part is not that the employees were rude, it’s the fact that when I reached out to voice my concern, the owner blocked me and deleted my comment! I have never even left a restaurant review before. I am not a Karen. I am patient and have worked in the service industry. But this is just absurd.

Mongo's Garage
Moartoni’s is a perfect spot to stop in for some great Italian American fair in downtown Stuebenville OH! The atmosphere was hometown with a touch of swank added by the old town venue and the lighting! The food was better then I expected and I would recommend the Pizza Roll! A deep fried pepperoni roll! Tell ‘em Mongo sent you and enjoy your meal!

My friend and I both had the Buffalo Chicken calzones. They were amazing! The crust was nice and crispy, not doughy like many places. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. Definitely an experience I'd repeat.
