I been away from this area for about a decade. Just moved back a month ago and I'm so glad to see this restaurant is still opened. The most delicious food with a beautiful atmosphere. My favorite dishes here are the nachos, sampler platter, and I love their burgers just to name a few. Their spaghetti is also out of this world. I really hate to give a bad review because we have always loved it here! On our recommendation we met friends for dinner. Huge MISTAKE!! Our waitress "forgot" about us and took over an hour getting our order. Did not write anything down. Then when we got our order we sent it back twice because it still wasn't correct 3 out of 4 orders, after being there 2.5 hours and sending our food back twice our plates were switched and we received each other sides instead of the ones we ordered with our meal. Our friends said they would never go back there ever again, especially after the waitress argued with us about how we wanted our meal prepared and how it wasn't her fault it wasn't correct. The apps and drinks were comped but yet our 3 main, most expensive meals that were wrong, bland, and mixed up were full price. I appreciate they tried to make up but the whole experience just left a bad taste in the mouth.

If you ask to substitute one bread for another I feel you should be told that u will be charge 1.25 for it. You shouldn’t rob ur customers blind by hidden charges.
