I went there for dinner with my friend. We both got charged $5 each in tip that we didn’t put. Contacted the customer service and was able to get the refund in a week or so. Not sure how this happened, but this should not be happening.

Didn't even eat, just sat and then left. Is there a reason the thermostat has to be set to 100 degrees in there? It felt too hot as soon as we stepped in, we had to take off our coats immediately but then was sat under a vent where it felt like standing in front of an open oven. A little overboard. I get maybe not wanting people to be too comfortable that they sit forever, but it was kind of ridiculous how hot it was. My family really wanted to order and eat there, but it was unbearable and sweaty.

I don't know what his name is, but the guy with the glasses waiting tables is one of the best servers we've ever had. Food is always ok here. Giving 5 for his service though.
Ended up having severe gastrointestinal problems after eating here yesterday.. not worth it. Won't be back.

I'm not one who typically orders from chain restaurants, and Applebee's doesn't have the most thrilling menu, but this location is always consistent. I've only ever ordered carside or delivery, but even so, the service has been great. I really enjoy the wonton tacos, the nachos, the quesadillas, the crispy chicken salad, and of course, the fries. One bonus is that you can order takeout cocktails; they have a pretty solid Long Island. I appreciate how late they stay open, too.

Saying that I’m surprised to be back here is an understatement. Considering what happened at my last Applebees experience I’m shocked to find myself back here. I’ll start off by saying that dollararitas are absolutely electric. Aside from that, the cuisine is extremely underwhelming. They make the apps half priced after 9 for a reason. The pretzels felt like a microwaved dog toy. Unreal. We also had to pay on a tablet like we’re at McDonald’s.

Recently had dinner at stow location on Hudson location. The waitress was terrible, no personality, slow service, took nearly 10 minutes for appetizer. Did not roofer refill on beverages,no dishes for appetizer,food was okey, ask for a senior discount. And she begrudgingly ran the bill a second time
