The food quality is better than most Applebees I go to. The outside was clean and free of trash that you typically see at other restaurants. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. Great place.

I got the quesadilla burger and the shark bowl drink along with a few appetizers. The burger was AMAZING and the drink was great. The appetizers were also fantastic. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. This is my first time to this location and we will be returning again. Yum!

We decided to enjoy a fine dinner out with friends on Wednesday evening. The food was great, and everything went well, except our experience with the hostess working. She was incredibly rude to us, and did not even look at us when she "seated" us, and actually just pointed to the table without looking up. It was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Our waitress was amazing, however! Just disappointed as we were greeted with disrespect as soon as we entered the building.

Today (3-16-24) my wife and I stopped by the Applebee's in Stow, but did not have a good experience. We've been to this location and others before and have had very good service and food.This time however there must've been some sort of confusion because we waited 15-20 minutes (not an exaggeration) without service before we left.I can say though, the hostess was very nice and apologized to us as we were leaving when she learned that we had not been given any service.

Orderd a Neighborhood burger online and it's the most worthless burger I've ever seen. One of the patties was like a half patty and the Mayo was one little drop. Very disappointed and will probably never order from here again.

I was here last week and asked for steak medium well and I got a very well done hockey puck. Manager made it right so I decided to try it again. The burger I ordered with no pink came to me mooing. Ridiculous.

Got one drink at the bar and chips and queso. Chips tasted stale and unenjoyable. Took 25 minutes before I saw the bartender again and then was told she couldn’t make a drink I just got here last Tuesday so I don’t understand why other bartenders at this same Applebees are serving it. I always tip my bill and couldn’t bring myself to do it for poor food and service with no business to excuse it. Will not be coming back and disappointed i wasted 35 minutes of my night on this experience.

I ordered a hamburger from Kent rd location and I asked for the burger to be well done. I got burger that was raw. Slightly brown on both sides but raw in the middle. Killed my burger experience to where I don’t want to eat a burger for a long time and especially for Applebee’s. Get a cook that can follow cooking instructions.
