It's easy and common to post about the problems with businesses, but seldom do customers post about the good experiences. While there was an error with my burger that was made (forgot the cheese), Dallas - The young lady working the window made sure to correct the issue fast and accurately. She apologized and explained they were training a new guy, she handled it with no questions asked and was fast about making it right. She smiled and apologized once more, then handed me a fresh replacement burger. It was fresh and very tasty! My only wish is that more places had employees who are as caring and kind as Dallas - she is an asset to her store & I hope that Burger King management recognizes her for her efforts. (PS...She also asked me twice if I needed any condiments, which seldom happens anywhere.)

I normally like this place but the afternoon crew they have at the moment needs to do better. Long waits for easy orders, not receiving the correct orders and cold food. Come on guys ?

Everything about this Burger King sucks honestly. What’s even funnier, is clearly they’re so desperately needing workers but tell me why a friend of mine got hired on the 4th of January - it’s now the 15th and every single day the manager just says he needs to finish the paperwork and my friend still hasn’t worked a single day nor knows when they will. Wendy’s hired them and have them working within 2 days. Crazy how that works when you ACTUALLY do your job instead of having a 15 car line bc you have everyone wait until the car at the window is finished.Clearly they don’t mind having the worst fast food joint in town, so don’t waste your time like the manager did ours!

This Burger King is terrible at lunch the drive thru is so bad they move one car at a time from menu board and don’t take another order till the car leaves the window it takes 15 min just to get to the menu then another 5 to 10 minutes to you get your order taken and then you have a wait at the window this is supposed to be fast food far from it

This Burger King is terrific. Food ordering at counter was easy and fast, food was freshly made, delivered quickly, and almost like the pictures! And delicious. Staff were courteous, helpful Restaurant was clean, spotless.

stopped by for lunch with my two sons. waited in line at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. some older lady (she should not being doing this job!) couldnt even keep up with the drive thru let alone take orders at the counter. so disappointing. I will probably never go to this location again!

I worked at this Burger King a few years ago, and know the staff working there now. We are an equal opportunity employer, meaning we have workers on staff who are physically and mentally disabled. These workers may not always speak much because of this, but this doesn't mean they are incapable of their job. Please be kind and courteous to the workers who work hard here!!!
