Don't waste your time here very very filthy. Nothing looked clean the girls running the cafe not that great at their jobs.Parking lot was only halfway full. And they said they were at Max capacity so my son couldn't play!I'm writing this review out of complete honesty not of just spite!I see nothing more than this place being fake class. I believe all associated with it as employees and further up are nothing but fake class trash. You shouldn't keep a place that filthy and then deny a little boy to go in and play.

Wonderful place to bring your kids to release energy. Well laid out!! Update 2023… still great and staff is always happy and welcoming.

Fantastic place! Reasonably priced, good food. But the best part is the play area is enclosed! They also have staff around to keep under control. This is probably the most relaxed I’ve been forever. I was able to just let my little ones play without worrying they’d run off or go anywhere they shouldn’t.PLEASE open a second location near Mentor. I’ll be your favorite customer!

Not impressed with the booking system.Drove all the way her to learn there are no walk ins... Perhaps shortening the play sessions??‍♀️??‍♀️I guess my point since we have to banter on the internet now is that I did look up your hours. It said you were open. I saw their walk-ins my girlfriend told me about it. She didn't mention nor did I think you had to make reservations because these aren't my children that I was taking. I just heard it. The word of mouth thought. Okay, we could go here for an hour and leave so no didn't really think about it and then when I went saw your sign at the door which wasn't posted online. Because again I wasn't thinking you had to have reservations. Usually there's not 3 hour time limit on play sessions like they're two and four. I don't want to be there that long so it makes no sense to me but with your attitude I definitely won't be back while I'm here for a month on vacation

Just had the chance to visit for the first time and we LOVED it! I loved the hand-washing stations that were added. Not only did it feel like the best possible way to limit germs, but it also made me feel like the play area was much safer than most when it comes to food allergies because of this. The play equipment is great for a wide range of ages and the 3 hours we were here flew by! The coffee was amazing as well-- my iced americano hit the spot and tasted better than Starbucks! Lovely facility and friendly staff!

We had a great time during our visit! The hand-washing stations were a BIG HIT! My kids had a great time playing in the large, gross motor play area, the glow room was a hit!

My 14 month old had a blast here. There were so many things for her to play with. All of the other children there were very well behaved. The food was also really good. Highly recommended!

We have gone here several times. Great spot to burn off some energy for little ones. Super family friendly play area and cafe. I was nursing my 7 month old and a staff member (unprompted) came up to me with an ice water. In a world that isn’t particularly family oriented, this spot is a gem.

We love Cafe O’Play!! They keep a fun and clean place for my boys to go and burn all of their extra energy. Such fun activities and characters visiting to make our visit that much more special!

This place has so much potential! However, it is not super affordable for a small family. Two of the last three times I have visited Cafe o Play, this attraction has been down. Previously staff has set up the ladder and reset the system to get it up and running again. However, this time was different; after speaking with a staff member, it didn't seem they were equipped with someone to maintain the operations at the front desk and get this running. This may not be an issue for your family, but as a father of a special needs child, this certainly was a letdown.

Large menu at the Cafe. Good place for younger kids to run and play. Staff was very helpful. Balloon guy not so much. My 3 year old grandbaby was the last child to get a balloon figure and she had went up to him 3 times and waited patiently but he seemed more interested in the older kids.

As you can tell from the various size differences of Kyle, we've been here dozens of times over the last year. It just makes sense to get a pass and save money as it is a great place to visit time and time again! I support Cafe O Play and wish I could start my own "True Play" in Belden Village based on the same concept!

This place is amazing. My one and three year old loved it. I got to drink a delicious latte while they played. The lunch options are plentiful and great for mom and kids. Can’t wait to come back!!

Our boys had a ton of fun. We got the all day passes, which were about $50. It did a great job tiring them out for a day of our spring break. The food was actually really good, much better than expected, though the food service was pretty disorganized. Overall, it was worth the money.
