I'm pretty disappointed. I've ordered the gargantuan almost every week for the last few weeks. It's my favorite because the amount of meat is plentiful. I ordered it today and it came with what seemed like half the amount of meat. I ordered with doordash so with a brownie and tip comes to almost $18. I was willing to pay it because I could eat off it a few times but if they skim on the meat this way I'm done! Too much money for this.

Ordered turkey with lettuce and tomato.All lettuce.Had difficulty finding turkey.How sad. A turkey sandwich should be mostly turkey. This is my second time for same experience.

Let me just preface I hate cold cut sandwhiches. That being said I was here in town for work for training and Jimmy John's was on tofays lunch menu. I was pleasantly surprised I liked the sandwich! (Slim #1) Keep in mind I hate cold cuts. The bread and meat was way better then expected. Not like other cold cut places. The bbq chips were excellent. And the delivery was on time and all the orders were correct (about 15 of them) this definitely opened my eyes to Jimmy John's!! I went into this lunch already in a negative thought because it was cold cuts. But this experience has me questioning myself. Lol

Most times we order through doordash. Alot of the times a jimmy john employee will deliver our food. It is normally fast as heck. Today an hour late. Now I don't get to eat before work. It really sucks! Called the store to find our order and they say the driver is on the way. I think they are just now leaving. The biggest problem is the doordash app is there to let us know where the ordering/ delivery process is. With jimmy johns not using this method we don't know when our food will be here or if there is a problem like today. Things happen I understand but I'd like to be informed so I can make other arrangements.

Always closed at the weirdest, earliest times so can usually only get delivery for lunch when we would easily frequent for dinner. Then tried to order delivery just now (1:30pm on a Monday) and the location isn’t taking mobile orders. What gives?

We went in for first time today . I guess you need 7 workers at a time because they move so slow ! The lady slicing the meat was annoyed I wanted to change what cheese I wanted . Her attitude was not very welcoming . Your staff seems not very happy . The young girl doing toppings was nasty and gave dirty looks moved like a turtle . The girl with pink hair at the grill really looked quite unhappy too be there . There were 2 young men that were trying ! Yes we made comments about how miserable they all seemed . We will not be back not because of the food but because of horrible customer service and how slow they move . Customer service is everything .
