The pizza was fine once we got it (about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready) but there were two employees working and 10 people waiting and some of my order wasn't available.I felt bad for the employees because they were clearly overwhelmed

The 4 quarter calzony was nasty. Topped with cheeseParmesan which wasn't told it would be added. The manager manager didn't try try try to fix the issue instead talked about how he COULD NOT REMAKE the pizza. Never again will I buy.

Glad this isn't the normal location I visit. Went here with my friend and her son to grab food for our kids to have during our bonfire. They were obviously short staffed but they were rude about it. We asked for 6 pepperoni pizzas and when we asked the one girl in the back goes "Are you serious?!". Handed everything to my friend with an attitude like we were inconveniences to them. We waited for 30 minutes which isn't bad considering it was a Friday but one women who was there waiting for a small order sat in her car for 30 minutes waiting for her food they were supposed to bring out to her and they forgot some of her items. They were also in such a hurry that they were literally tossing pizzas on the table. You could tell they were just bothered by every customer that came in that day.

I had to wait for my order, they said to park and they would bring it out in, I think, 5 to 8 minutes, after 25 minutes or so of waiting, I went in... my pizza had been ready for awhile and now was warm rather than hot... the girl behind the counter that I spoke with never apologized... she just said we have been rather busy... umm, no, not really, I have been sitting here and only 1 other car parked and only one delivery guy came and went... I won't go back, all she had to say is I am really sorry, we are short staffed or whatever, don't give me this in case u haven't noticed we have been busy attitude....

Waited over 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Went through the drive thru.. They said pull up we'll bring it right out. Finally had to call the store. Person said oh you're here? It's been ready we are sorry. Finally brought it out. Food was cold. This location needs training or something.

Very rarely do they have anything hot and ready. Usually have to wait 15 minutes or longer. Quality is what you would expect from Little Caesars.
Just dont bother coming here. Awful food and service. Very lazy crew who was more than 20 minutes behind schedule (5 people working and I was one of TWO people in the store), so they clearly just didnt start making the food until I came in. more like “50 Minutes Hot N Ready” at this location. Sad.

Just got pizza and crazy bread, the messed up the order and there was mushroom on the cheese pizza. Customer service was horrible, they all rolled their eyes when we asked them to remake it, I understand mistakes happen but there’s no reason to be rude about it.

Won a gift card from work. Tried to make an order online and use a code for 99 cent beadsticks. After fiddling around on their site for 1/2 an hour I decided to call. The girl tells me we can't use Little Ceasers gift cards on their sites. I asked so I can't get the 99 cent bread sticks either since it's an online special only? "She was clueless! So I made our order by phone and when I arrived their scanner was unable to read the barcode on their giftcard): The Genius at the window (B......) was like a dear in headlights when I asked if he knew how to manually put in the numbers? So much for Little Ceasers, not going back after 30 years...

Online ordering doesn’t work for this location at an efficient frequency. When calling in to place an order with online coupon codes, they do not honor the coupons. Bad customer service all around. Good thing there are other options in the area. 1 star only and not changing that.

Completely failed the order I placed. The workers i guess couldnt read the order, because every item was wrong. We didn't even get an item we paid for. Such a bad experience!!!
