I have had General Tso Chicken hundreds of time, I know what it is supposed to taste like. Quite a few of those were ordered from here. Today I got one that was spiced so heavily that #1 it was inedible and #2 it had to be intentional. I will never order from here

I have not ordered from them in a while due to poor quality. I thought I would give it another opportunity this evening. Dumped the food down the garbage disposal. The vegetables were soft and seemed over ripe. The chicken had a slimy appearance and the smell was definitely not normal. I am done.

I have lived in this area for more than 15 years. Main Moon has the best hot and sour soup and pork fried rice in great Cleveland area. Period!Parking: in front of store
Ordered the food at 5:30. Was told it be 6:40. And still waiting talking almost 7:30. Before I get my order. I don't know if until paid they even start on your food but three hours wait a bit much.

I have tried this place multiple times. But we are done....Third time we waited an extra 20 minutes for our food even tho it was supposed to be done.Chicken is always over cooked and super salty.Everything else just had a bad taste. Like old oil.Not accommodating at all for the wait.On top of that the entry way needs cleaned. Makes me feel like the kitchen is probably not clean either.I don't recommend!!!

I recently moved and wanted to find a Chinese restaurant close to me. This was the first time I visited Main Moon (and will be the last). I didn't realize it was take-out only but that is okay I was just picking up. But the lobby/entry was unkept, in disarray and dirty. Had I seen the location before I ordered, I never would have placed the order. I ordered Mongolian beef and it contained about five pieces of beef and the rest of the container was onions. The entree was not worth $15.00. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

So I was visiting out in stow ohio craving fried rice.....the rice was brown rice and only shrimp I was very disgusted I paid over 7 dollars for a pint of BROWN rice no vegetables nothing.and I was told this was the best Chinese place to eat. I would rather eat
