Really appreciate the Girls working here. I have been in Ohio for the past 3 days and getting Pulp smoothies at different locations daily. Unfortunately not one worker at different locations informed me that the SHERBET HAS DAIRY IN IT, for whatever stupid reason & is not vegan , until I came to this shop today with these kind, informed girls. Thanks again to them. Really appreciate it.Dietary restrictions: You have to tell them NO yogurt and no SHERBET if you want it DAIRY FREE! All Sherbet flavors have dairy. They have Almond milk at this location as well as Soy protein.

Was told to come in for getting double charged and then they said I had to contact my support (which is fair). There were 3 ladies working, all were very nice to customers - the "manager" that was there was loudly complaining about cut hours, getting a second job, and "not getting paid enough" to clean. Personally, I feel if you work with fresh produce, it's expected to be in a clean place, which is more than likely in the job description - very unpleasant to hear from a "manager" who is supposed to uphold cleanliness and guidelines.
I had an online Doordash pickup order today. The app told me pick-up would be at 1:18 pm. I arrived at 1:25 pm to a small, disorganized line of people.I walked up to the Doordash pickup “line” (it was just in-store customers waiting). I was not greeted or spoken to until all five of the other customers had their orders and LEFT the store.After I was stared at for about 5 minutes, someone asked if I had an order and finally got it, since it already finished, waiting in a cooler.As someone in the actual restaurant industry, I’m never coming back to this location or leaving a tip for these people. I’m disgusted.

Smoothies are good, avoid the wraps, theyre poorly made compared to other pulps and cant be eaten without utensils
