Phenomenal service. Today my company wanted to order pizza for lunch and we typically allow our employees to order what they want. We sent in an over 300.00 order online so the manager called me just to check to make sure we didnt need anything else and advise the time difference might be a little longer because it was a large order. We were told 2 hours at 11:49 and our food was delivered to our buisness by 12:45! They were kind and polite and all the food was delivered correct and so tasty. Thank you romeos!

One of the most dry, overcooked pizzas I have ever eaten. Dexter the manager said he checked it and looked fine and wouldn’t compensate me in anyway. I will not be returning. I would highly recommend taking your business to another pizza shop.

I drive 20 minutes to get Romeo's, their crust is fantastic and the toppings are so fresh! Excellent gluten free cauliflower based pizza crust is available as well!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cauliflower crust is available.
This is very disappointing to write because we love Romeo’s and order from this location very often. However this time was very disappointing. At 6:10 pm we placed an online order for deliver as we always do the delivery time was estimated at 50 minutes which is what it pretty much always says. Often time coming before that time. However this time it hit an hour and nothing. I had received a call from an unknown number at 6:56 pm but no voicemail was left. At 7:19 pm we received a call from the restauran t that the driver was having a hard time finding the house which we live in an average neighborhood and our address is prominent on our mailbox that is at the road and no other time when we have ordered have we had this problem. When we received the call from the restaurant no apology was made or anything just asking for something that would make the house easier to locate and no offer to make the situation better - such as remaking the food or giving money back or offering a coupon/ discount. By the time we received our food it was 7:30 pm an hour and twenty minutes since placing the order and the food was no longer hot. Not to mention this was a $50 order and it costs $3.99 for delivery and adding on a tip. I understand things happen but there were things that could have been done to make the situation better. Very disappointing.

Paid 11.00 for five wing dings if I would have know that’s what I was getting for a half pound I would have never paid basically two dollars a wing ridiculous

They have really good pizza if you like sauce on the sweeter side. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because occasionally we get salads and for some reason they can't seem to put items we asked for on them almost every time. The always make it right when we call them but it's frustrating when you get home, open the bag and they're wrong. Other than that it's a great place with really good pizza

Dave and his team run a fantastic operation in Stow. I’ve had only amazing experiences here. Not to mention the Romeos Pepperoni pie is the best in ohio.I’ll be back for sure

Had the BEST Ranch Lovers Buffalo Chicken pizza this evening! Highly recommend it (or any other type of pizza at Romeo's for that matter) and highly recommend the Stow store. Everyone is working so hard here. As a customer, please know how much I appreciate all of you working. I know this pandemic has certainly not made things easy. I hope other customers can practice patience and kindness with you all because you deserve that. Wanted to give a special shout out to Dave, the manager. Thank you for taking my phone call today, thank you for being so understanding, and thank you for your quick-thinking to help me - it honestly made my day!
